My daughter is 18+ student not allowed to check in alone by the hotel's own policy. So She had to search hotels nearby to find a place to stay at about 1:30am! The hotel staff said she could cancel the booking but could not refund first night charge because it was not charged the Comfort Suites. When my daughter anxiously called hotels one by one, and very tired flying all the way from Europe to here, the staff wanted to kick her out the lobby at about 1:30 am! Second day, my daughter found that she left phone charger and returned to ask for it. The hotel staff asked for $50 lost and found fee! When I found the booking was still alive on Booking app, I asked my daughter to speak to the Comfort Suites what was going on. The answer was they had no rights to cancel it! I have to ask Credit Card company to get my money back. Because booking has not shown there is a 21+ policy out there. I had sent two messages at different days to Booking customer support, no reply at all. And I could not find a link to cancel it. Any way forget about booking as well.

Couldn’t leave soon enough in the morning.

The hotel immediately smelled of mothballs. Paint was chipping off walls. Curtains did not close all the way for a room on the 1st floor right on the parking lot. Was afraid to put luggage anywhere else than the luggage cart. Comforter had stains on it. Terrified of contracting bed bugs.

I would never recommended this for anyone personally.

The bed had no comforter the remote had no batteries the spout to the bath was so rusted it wouldn't even go into bath and it was a handicap room. I had to give 100$ deposit to not smoke in the room and I still have not yet received my refund after spending 10 minute breaks in the snow.

Our room had mold around the bathroom faucet and blood on the covers and when I went to tell the front desk man he gave me a sheet and said I had to put it on myself and i just felt like that was to nasty for me to touch so I asked for another room and he just kept saying “no how do I know you didn’t do that” and said “he saw the maids cleaning the room earlier” but then said the second time I came and asked for a new room he said “we didn’t have house keeping today so my manager cleaned all the rooms himself ” and I was so upset because we were 2 hours away from home and no where else to stay and his name starts with an H and he works morning shift

The front desk staff was friendly at check-in. The front desk staff friendly at check out. The room was a nice size. It was nice to have an indoor pool and exercise facilities.

The bathroom had a moldy smell. The bathtub/shower had mold everywhere. I bought a sanitizing spray and left it there. During the night the air coming from the air conditioning made the room smell moldy.

The room fulfilled our needs for one-night.

The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. The room was large . I liked the size of the bath towels.

Although some of the bathroom had been remodeled, the tub area was old ; grout looked poor & the door moldings were worn & needed to be painted . Also , a large “water bug” greeted me from the TP holder!!The

The room was very nice. It was quiet.

The only bad thing was that the indoor pool was not heated. BUT when I called to confirm that they did have a pool, they let me know there was no heat. I took an exhilarating cold plunge and was able to go back to the room and relax like I've never relaxed in my life.

The hotel was close to I-75, restaurants and shopping.

The restroom needed a new toilet seat and cleaning needed to be done around the legs of the sink and corners of the walls. There were dark stains on the floor.

stayed in a king suite. there was a lot of room! breakfast was OK.

stayed in a king suite. very odd layout. the shower was in the bedroom. one could not turn on the bathroom light in the night without disturbing their partner. Bed was about the worst I have ever been on. it felt like there were broken springs and it was on a sheet metal platform that pinged/bonged with every move. Absolutely aweful. woke my spouse with the noise every time I moved even a little. Very hard bed inspite of broken springs. they didn't have washcloths in the room. I got some the first day. but after that they were out whenever I asked. breakfast options a little more limited than expected. juice was always watery.

close to everything we were doing

price - booking.com gave us $102 the night before our stay then day of checked and had gone down $10 and a far better hotel was even lower a block away. The breakfast was to be served until 9:30 but at 9:00 there were only 1 old egg and 2 slices of ham left in the warmer-very disappointed.

Feeling sweet at Comfort Suites Miamisburg

We stayed 2 nights. First night was very nice room was clean and the breakfast wasn't horrible. But the second night they room was dirty. Quiet and spacious

The place was quiet. It appeared clean and well kept upon entering. I thought it was prettt neat that they have a charging station for electric cars.

There was moldy spots on the curtains right where they meet the heater. The bathroom door doesn’t prop so the mirror is super foggy because the vent doesn’t do a good job. The tub surround needs updated, very old and gross looking compared to the rest of the unit.
