Enjoyed just about everything, including the staff & the rooms.

Having sausage instead of bacon in the breakfast. The problem with sausage is the one who gets it doesn’t really know what's in it (chemicals, plants, etc.).

Perfect place to stop for a quick overnight

Great breakfast, friendly staff at check-in and checkout, the room was very clean looking and parking was a breeze. My kids loved the waffles and playing in the pool. The beds were great, not too soft, but not lumpy or hard. The location was right by the mall and the highways which made traveling a breeze

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat but just meant the room just stayed cool, which wasn't would on a hot day. There were only 3 bath towels for a reservation that has 3 people, and the water pressure wasn't great in the shower.

I would not stay here again. It was a blah experience. Stay somewhere else if you have the option.

I don't think I really LIKED anything. It was all just blah. It was definitely not worth what we paid. I would say at best it was worth maybe $125/night not over $200!

We arrived between midnight and 1:00 am and walked right into the hotel. No key required and no one was at the front desk. In fact, no one came out of the back room until we knocked. Our room was okay, nothing special. The elevator to the room was drab, kind of dated, the floor right outside the elevator sloped down. The luggage carts need fixing, the tires need air and the bolts need tightened, easy fixes (we tried all 3). The door knob of our room was loose, like someone had tried to break in. The TV didn't tilt away from the wall so you can't lay in bed and watch TV. I know, that's a minor thing, but we stayed in 5 different hotels on our 3 weeks of trips and the other 4 all had that capability. And if you pay over $200, you expect certain amenities, especially easy ones to get. The bathroom did not have cold water. Even the toilet was hot water! It steamed up the lid when you closed it! The maids had loud music playing when they cleaned the rooms in the morning, I understand and support them listening to music, but just keep it down a little. Breakfast was fine. The pool is very small. There was some kind of kids baseball tournament so the pool was filled with kids the whole time we were there. There should be a 10-11 pm adults only hour.

Unsanitary conditions, poor temperature control, sheets did not even fit the mattress which exposed stains on the mattress. Hair in the sheets and bathroom, loud refrigerator in the room (like the compressor was shot), stains on the chairs, no standards.
