Gross! For the money you spend was nasty !

The person on the day of checkout was kind.

The room was nasty! Food smeared down the bed side tables, hair in my bed that clearly didn’t belong to me, shower didn’t turn off. Absolutley nasty!

Not as good as most Homewood Suites.

Standard Homewood Suite hotel: roomy, large bed, good breakfast, snack shop, TV variety.

No heat! Didn’t report it until checkout. But I’ve never understood how rooms that are visited daily by housekeeping can have obvious problems like HVAC, drains, toilets, etc. not reported and fixed.

It was the perfect location with plenty of things to do. Lots of shops and restaurants! The rooms were spacious and clean. We absolutely loved it!! We will be back!

The actual stay was good but the Manager's response to my complaint about the no-show charge was bad

Breakfast was fine and so was the location.

The extra night they charged me for being a no-show on a Booking.com reservation that I thought was cancelled was outrageous and grossly unfair. What's worse was the Manager's response to my complaint about it.

I would suggest that this hotel met our expectations and recommend to anyone to stay there.

The room was very clean and spacious (separate bedroom and Livingroom).

Not the hotels fault, but there was a lot of motorcycles at the hotel and coming and going late at night and early in the morning. Brutal to fall asleep and sleep in.

I know this hotel is well established but furniture could use updating and the bath/shower need an extra, higher safety bar in the shower. The toilets are low profile so could also use a bar on the wall to help the elderly stand up.

Good breakfast options compared to most other hotels.

I have stayed here before. It costs more than some surrounding hotels, but I really liked it before. It wasn't as clean this time as it had been in the past. And our non smoking room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it. Staff was able to get us another non smoking room. Marijuana smell was also prevalent throughout the entire facility. Not something I really wanted to expose my two little kids to.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable.

As you walked in, between the doors there were carts, including a shopping cart. It made it feel cluttered and looked tacky. We were charged more than booking.com quoted but staff said that was accurate. I would appreciate someone taking a closer look at this. I have a message in.
