I was double charged for my room and was told that it was my fault for using Booking.com. No one on site could help resolve the issue and no one has responded to me via the email that I was given.

Good stay. A bit expensive if you compare with other hotels. Gym is good! Room is good but acoustic
Breakfast was ok. Gym equipments are good. Room (Bed and Bath) are also good
I had to pay $16 for parking (?!?!?). This is unaceptable for a hotel like this with an attached garage. Also, the night was too noise. I realize that the noise comes more from the other guests (not from the streets), but it shows the acoustic is terrible.

No restaurant open. Had to pay for parking which had free parking on the site? No bottles of water and when I asked for water they wanted to charge me! I paid 170$
