Totally inadequate for any Hotel and for a Hyatt, disgraceful.

The breakfast was only served until 9 a.m. but by 8:30, it had already been taken away except for a few pieces of very dry white bread, and there was no Coffee. When l asked for Coffee, l was told they had run out!

lnexperienced and rude people at the desk, totally not helpful even for simple requests. Room was not changed in three days. and it was difficult to find anyone to even get toilet paper.

Super clean, convenient parking, great shower, nice sofa in room, Breakfast was delicious, location was perfect, view from our room was awesome, great TV (was glad I could cast from my phone to watch our own streaming services), super friendly and helpful staff.

Just a glitch with only elevator working, but it was being cleaned and repaired, not neglected. Biggest disappointment was VERY LOUD A/C unit in room, and second biggest disappointment was that we had one QUEEN bed, not a KING, and it was soft and lumpy! The noise was worse than the bed, but we'd already gotten settled in so it's on us that we didn't ask for a new room or I'm sure they would have gladly moved us.

Great staff, great location, clean hotel.

The staff was excellent...a big shout out to Amee at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Thank you Amee! The breakfast was also very good-a lot of nice choices and fresh!

The expense was NOT worth the problems that this hotel had.

The beds were good & staff were nice. It was also very clean. I hope they pay the maids well.

Breakfast was terrible! Stale bagels like eating tasteless rocks of bread. Coffee was good one day, the rest it was like dark water. The fruit was good. Eggs were tasteless. The water dispenser in the lobby was just cold water. Just a little bit more effort with a Lemon or wow would have taken the awful taste away. It’s like the hotel was bent on providing the littlest effort for food & drink to make people realize they should go elsewhere for breakfast. Oh & the door stuck, clearly something went is wrong with the wood or paint absorbing moisture making the door thicker than the opening. It could be seasonal but you had to really slam it to close or slam your body against it to open. I’ll be seeing a chiropractor soon because of it.

Great, the place is comfy but the place could be more clean

The place looked great, loved the lights and the roo. Personal was amazing and very polite.

There were some stains in the bathub, not really visible but made the use of the bathroom a bit unconfortable. Also the pillows were not very confy and I had no many options (e.g. soft, middle. Hard, very hard). Most of them were soft cushions.

I like a high for with having my pet.

$100 for having a pet. I paid $300 for one night. Zero internet bc it wasn't working. The front desk said they were hoping it would be fixed soon. Still not fixed next morning. That new deal poison was rude and and said she wasn't aware about internet issues. You pay for parking too and the posting garage was filthy grioss.

Recommend for convenience, cleanliness, and amenities!

The room was large, clean, and classy. The elevators were smooth as butter and the waits were short. The free breakfast options were fantastic. The staff was kind and gave lots of good advice on places to go and where to park.

The turn to get into the hotel’s parking garage was impossible to navigate our truck into so we had to find other parking. Subpar entry design.

The location was great. It was conveniently located near the university. Also, some of the staff were very kind and aimed to be as accommodating as possible. That included the general manager.

There was a young man working at the front desk when I arrived. He said it was his first day. He was kind, but he was struggling to check us in. The young lady working with him wasn’t very helpful. Later, I tried to use the hairdryer in my room, but it was broken. I asked her if she could replace it. She told me that housekeeping would have to do it, but I would have to wait until morning. It was about 8:00pm. I had an important appointment in the morning, so I wanted to get my hair dry. I found it frustrating that she wasn’t able to find a different dryer in a vacant room, especially given the price I paid for the room. The young man searched for another dryer all over the hotel and wasn’t sure which key to use for each closet. I felt sorry for him because he was trying to help me, but didn’t know how. Later, he was able to get one from a vacant room and brought it to me. Yet, this was much later in the night. This young lady had a negative attitude with a few other guests.

The TV only had one channel available, an ESPN Channel due to "technical problems". A few people in the elevator stated that they had stayed at the same hotel location before, and there was the same problem with the TV channels per the staff. There should have been some compensation offered for the inconvenience the whole weekend.

Breakfast was good with many options. Friendly staff.

Property could use a spruce up. Carpets in halls and rooms had prominent stains, some damaged wallpaper in hallway. The staff must not pay too much attention to routine maintenance. One bulb in room chandelier was out, phone handset needed a new battery, bedding (mattress/pillows) on the verge of uncomfortable, bathroom towels getting a bit thin. Had trouble getting into the pool area, lock did not work with room key. A power surge the day before we arrived caused the cable to go out, so no TV during our 3 day stay. Parking fee at hotel was a bit on the higher end, especially for the room rate. Was looking forward to for a bit more upscale experience since this was a getaway weekend. Could have stayed elsewhere for less with a similar level facility. Location was good near IU campus.
