Room was nice, and close to venue.

That I aid for parking and still got charged on my way out. Parking guy said I would have to go back in to fix the issue but I was late to get back on the road and didn’t have time to deal with their mess up.

Very nice stay at the Hotel but stay away from the negative people at Coaches restaurant

Centrally located in Town to everything

Coaches Restaurant connected to property needs to review its Staff and let go the ones that don’t like there job and were down right rude to their patrons that would come in to the restaurant when it was after 8:00pm. I witnessed a family getting harassed when they came in to eat with a water bottle in their hand and the me bartender/Server denied them service in a Rude manner cause he wanted to go home and not service anyone. The attitude that night was towards everyone including myself so I also removed myself and refused to go back the whole week that I was there.

Great, just fix your elevator!

Great location, and nice, clean room!

We stayed back in mid-June. They really need to get their back elevator fixed if it's not by now, so that you can take luggage directly to and from the garage, which is really the only parking option other than a small loading area. From reviews I saw, it looks like this has been an issue for months, which isn't acceptable. And the staff didn't give us any warning ahead of time that this would be an issue. Thankfully, we're able-bodied, but this would have created a major inconvenience for others.
