Customer service is extremely poor.

Location

Reserved a room with 2 beds, was given a room with a king bed. Told they were fully booked & while the pullout sofa may not be comfortable, it could be used as a 2nd bed. My confirmation for 2 beds apparently did not show up in the hotel’s system. The clerk Mike was unconcerned and dismissive.

Warning, do not stay here

Location was good

Do not stay here! They towed our car along with 20 other cars. They are in some kind of scam with the towing company in town. The front desk did not tell us if we didn’t put our tag on the car we would be paid. We woke up and thought our car was stolen. This is the worst place ever and locks on doors didn’t work. Awful and imagine having to pay another $200 to get your car back at a place that should be helping you have an enjoyable stay

Location is excellent. The shower is awesome

This is usually my go to hotel. The last two times the carpet has been damp on the verge of wet. Also, I know this is a common practice but price gouging is really disgusting. Because the college kids are coming back prices skyrocket. Also the wifi wouldn’t connect.

Unfortunately we were not happy and left early.

The location was nice however construction made it slightly difficult to reach the property. Also staff was helpful, just wasn’t able to remedy the situation.

Cleanliness was not to standard, hall carpets were dirty. The room specifically had stains on the carpet, chairs and 1 of the pillow cases. The bigger concerns were the smell and A/C unit. It was a strange musty smell, in addition the humidity level was very high. Every thing felt wet all the time. The next day we asked for a replacement room but instantly walking in same smell. We decided to leave early.

Disappointing.

Nothing really.

The cold shower. The dingy bathroom with the sink falling off the wall and the shelf in the shower falling off. The dark tile was weird. The bathroom door was missing a handle. The lack of a bathroom fan. It was just gross.

Snow was not properly cleared to the back entrance and parking lot had to step on ice on sidewalk going into the building Rooms felt dated Could clearly hear word for word the people in next room talking - they were not being loud - just normal

Messy breakfast room

Room.

Breakfast room was a disaster. Had to find someone for forks at the start. Kitchen guy was talking with front desk. Stocked forks, left for front desk.Had to find him for toasting bread. He informed me he was alone, I informed him the whole room needed cleaning, filling, garbage needed to be emptied. No response!! This should have been checked on the hour every hour between 6-10 at the very least. The General Mgr informed me they were"" full and everyone got up at same time"" NO EXCUSE !! Then she started cleaning the coffee area........... That room is a reflection of the lack of CONCERN for their GUESTS COMFORT !!

horrible night stay. we were their for college tour

This is a horrible place, I should be getting refund. The bugs fell on my son's bed in the middle of the night, we called the front desk and were not sure for any other room. We were also so tired that didnt have courage to change rooms and their was lot of noise in corridor throughout night. I and my son were alone so didnt feel comfortable going out and change the room where you can hear lot of people in corridor mostly drunk. I had asked hotel to give me refund for this horrible experience but told have to go through the booking site.

Don't go during renovation

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Good wifi. Staff were kind.

The hotel was going thru' renovation, so the stay was disturbed. One lift was closed off and breakfast service was very hit and miss. The water was cut off for few hours in the morning, so we couldn't take a shower or wash our hands after being in the toilet, which was far away from acceptable. I don't know why they accepted any bookings! We were thankfully compensated for that but I would have gone somewhere else if I knew about the renovation. I wish the pool opened earlier than 10am.

My son was looking at IU and this was a pleasant stay for that. They let us check in early which was nice.
