disappointing overall

The location to my destination.

The room was ice cold and would not warm up. I had to go to the front desk (phone in room would work and phone number was not correct). Thankfully they changed us to a room with heat. I paid booking.com for a hot breakfast, but I was informed that it was not available. I asked at the front desk about the continental breakfast hours and they gave me the wrong hours, so we missed that too.

Dirty old and smells

Nothing

Dirty, carpet stains everywhere. Rusty bathroom fixtures, peeling old wallpaper. Broken sidewalks, entire property smelled musty and gross. All for $200 a night. I'm embarrassed for you, Holiday Inn.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were clean. The location was just what we were looking for.

I would have liked to know in advance that I needed to pay extra per night for a continental breakfast. I would have liked to know that there is no place to eat at this hotel. They advertise a restaurant and bar which has not been open for a long time. I couldn’t use cash to pay for anything in the hotel. I needed to charge my room. The air conditioning was spotty at best. The staff working the front desk seemed bothered when we asked questions.

The location is great. The hotel smells musty, the carpet is stained, the wall paper is peeling….it just feels dirty but it seems clean. The staff is very friendly and made up for the hotel. It just needs a good update

The room was what to be expected I guess. The building seems old with a bad smell and the beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. Definitely time for an upgrade.

Very poor

Booked a two-queen room, but on check-in the hotel gave us a king bed claiming the room wasn’t available. Staff even lied, saying Booking.com didn’t show my queen reservation, though my confirmation clearly did. They moved us to the correct room only the next night. This happened during IU move-in week when rates were 5x higher than normal — yet no professionalism, no refund, just excuses. Be warned: this hotel does not honor confirmed bookings and is not honest with guests.

I was very disappointed in this IHG stay, and would not stay in this hotel again.

We were able to check in a few minutes early so we could get ready for the event we traveled for.

There was no internet, so no television. The vending options for late night was non-existent, food was expired and not stocked. Continental breakfast was nothing more than packaged pastries, not up to IHG typical breakfast expectations. When checking in, staff made 2 transactions on payment method. Had to monitor that to manage my travel funds. I'm sure I have forgotten something but this is a substantial list for such a short stay.

Location and ease of access. Staff at front desk were always friendly and helpful.

Carpets are FILTHY. The AC unit in our room (234) sounded like a freight train--it was so loud. We requested housekeeping for the 3rd day of our visit but never got any. We constantly had to ask for supplies -- tissues, towels (there were only 2 for 3 people!), cups. No breakfast VERY expensive

I paid the price on here when arriving to the property was ask to pay more or they would cancel my reservation. Reservation was for a king bed and my room was "given to someone else". Have attempted to reach out to manager of property via booking and calls to hotel with no luck. Air conditioning kept shutting off wouldn't stay running. All over would give them a 2.5 star 🌟
