I would definitely stay again. Great location, great staff, clean room, wonderful room amenities

I loved everything about this location other than the parking. The front desk staff was amazing on check-in as well as check-out. Loved everything about the room!! The value of what my room came with vs. the cost, I was very happy.

I understand that there was a lot of snow that could not possibly have been plowed away so it played no real part in my unhappiness with the parking situation. There was no easy way to get in and out of the parking lot, once you did get in there was no place to really unload your vehicle without having to carry your items a significant way. There was no awning or temporary parking to unload. That is really my only complaint. I truly enjoyed every other aspect.

Good space for longer stays but housekeeping needs to do a much better job!

Location, space, and size of the room, kitchen, so I could eat and stay in. The bed was comfortable. I liked having a separate recliner. Could not hear others in the hotel, which is rare.

Upon entering my room, I needed to go to the bathroom and saw that there was 1 sheet of TP on the roll, and there were no additional rolls in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. The only two towels were on the bottom shelf, and they had hair on both towels. Then, when I wanted to make a pot of coffee the next morning, the coffee pot had not been cleaned and was very sticky. I bought my own TP, got a clean towel, and cleaned all the dishes in the dishwasher before I used anything.

A very comfortable family stay with kitchen in room.

The Hospitality and the approach of the team was amazing... the staff was very friendly... The manager was just too good and her team of Rehana, Cindy, House Heeping head Tameka were just very very good and kind.

The rooms appeared a little old and modernisation is needed. being on ground level, some bugs enter the room, some work on that is needed

Disappointing stay

Location is good .. beds were nice

We had no toilet paper in room went to ask staff and they took a hour to bring some up said she was locked out of storage room and brought us one unwrapped roll. The pool was closed and no one said anything about it at check in… one reason for staying at this hotel was the pool. The Wi-Fi password did not work.. the ice machine in the refrigerator worked very slow and no other ice in the hotel.

Overall experience was pleasant despite a few disappointments.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was firm.

The heater in the first room we stayed did not work, so we slept in the cold. The next day we informed the reception and he immediately changed the room for us. But in the new room the electronic stove did not work and the bathroom ventilation seemed to draw cigarette smoke from somewhere so the bathroom smelled cigarette.

It was clean

TV did not work, clock did not work, sink did not hold water. Beds and pillows were hard as rocks, did not finish my trip because I could not sleep. Returned home instead and had to sleep for an hour in my car at a truck stop, just too tired to drive further. Comfy chair must have come out of an antique store, NOT COMFY AT ALL. NO ice bucket, received a juice pitcher with Ice and coffee cups to drink from and not even an offering of Juice or Muffin in the AM - Nothing! We were asked to BUY a cookie. Hotels only sell Service and there was none. Worst experience ever for a family with two Children.

Near to me, I needed to book a room for emergency due to having my apartment shower unusable

There was a wasp in the bedroom. They charged us twice on “accident” and told us they were going to email a “free stay” we’re still waiting on it. There was a Peanut in the carpet, I’m assuming it was from the previous people that stayed. The room smelled like mildew or moisture/humidity.

I was robbed. $1100 for two nights in Bloomington. It was a total disgrace,

Nothing. You are greeted with an overwhelming smell of chlorine from the pool. The staff was apathetic.

The bathroom was filthy. There was mold on the ceiling and in the sink. There was literally dirt in the corner of the bathroom. I paid $550/night to stay; the other rooms for these two nights were priced at $125.

The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfy.

There was garbage left in the garbage can and there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. There was this loud sound all night long. The toilet ran loudly for about 10 minutes after a flush. The location was not great.
