I give my overall stay a 6/10 some things could have been better I enjoyed the breakfast

The appearance was nice lobby was clean staff were nice and the breakfast was good

I originally booked a 2 bedroom suite the day of my stay I received a phone call 2 hours before check in saying the room was unexpectedly unavailable because a pipe bursted and I had 3 options to choose from one which was get 2 rooms In place of the one so I did that one of the rooms stayed cold all night the thermostat wouldn’t go any higher while the other room was nice and cozy and when I arrived the hallways smelled like marijuana

It’s served the purpose, but I would not stay again.

The location. The lobby was the only thing that was clean.. The beds were comfortable. It had a kitchen area.

My room was dirty. There was spots on the wall spots on the cabinets. They have not been cleaned the door handles to the bathroom in the bedroom. We’re in this repair with a jacket screw hanging out of it. Carpet was matted and filthy the sofa as well.

Nothing the floors were dirty the carpet had wholes in them the light fixtures was hanging from the calling there was spots on the bed that was not from cleaning

Everything the staff wasn’t not at the desk most of the time so you had to wait for at least 30 mins to see someone the bath room wasn’t clean had to clean it myself and my wife wasn’t not happy with the overall experience and they wanted to charge me more for asking to switch to cleaner and better room and the room they gave me was even worse the first one feel like they gave me the party room were everything was messed up

Hotel is excellent for the price despite very minor inconveniences.

Property is very clean, updated and has multiple conveniences such as breakfast, laundry and a large pool. Anything that we had to ask for such as towels for the pool, was supplied to us promptly.

Water temperature in the rooms was inconsistent which could be frustrating. Employees discontinued bringing breakfast items out more than half an hour prior to scheduled end time. Pool area was often without towels. Room’s are only cleaned on certain days which is inconvenient for multi-night stays with several people on one room.

Pool, breakfast and proximity to greenfield village and Henry ford museum

The floors were filthy, the bedroom door was falling apart, threshold btw kitchen and livingroom had nails sticking out, the lights didn't work with the light switch in the kitchen, the ice machine in the rooms weren't turned on and no other ice machine available. My son had to play with his toys on a sheet on the floor bc he has allergies and its a dog friendly hotel so we can assume the carpets were not vacuumed regularly.

Never coming back

My suite was spacious. Nice

The fact that my room hold 8 people, someone came and see me they stop my auntie from coming up. The fact they tell me no cake, no frying, but I there's a stove and no decorations, yet I get to my room the floors has stains, the border of the room has tape on it from Last people having a party of some kind. No ice machines on the floor. To many rules paid 300 for that room. Me or my family won't be back also they need better signs to know where we going on the hotel walls.

Great value for a getaway but a few changes needed.

Suite was great. Spacious and clean. Lots of amenities. Kitchen had everything. Pool and spa area were week maintained and great temperature. Everything was clean and staff were helpful as needed.

Common hallways had a foul smell and the carpets are stained and need to be replaced. Air conditioning worked great in kids room but didn't travel well to ours. Water pressure could have been better.

Wasn't too bad

We got upgraded to a king suite because of plumbing issues in the other room which was nice and they gave me 2k reward points for the inconvenience. The hotel is gorgeous, it has a courtyard area which is very nice.

It was two of us and they gave us a king so we had to sleep in the same bed together because we didn't want to sleep on the pull out. The TV in the living room area had black spots on it so it made it hard to watch it and the hot tub wasn't very hot, the jets were broken and the pool was very cold

Waste. Of. Money.

How easy it was to book.

I had to cancel and I’m well aware of the 48 hour rule to cancel. I submitted the cancellation request, and was told that the booking manager had not made it in and to call back later. I called later, and was advised there was no payment taken and it was waived. Then I got an email stating my card was ran. My issue is the miscommunication and the assurance I wouldn’t be charged. But then I was with no heads up no nothing. I know the payment stands but to come off as if I won’t be charged and then hit out of nowhere is unprofessional.

My stay was very uncomfortable

The breakfast was good the location was good also, very quiet area.

The room was very unclean ! The mattresses were stained the room had a smell , it was stains on the carpet ! They had no towels for the pool and had very little towels to accommodate my 6 guest. I had to constantly run to the desk and ask for towels & it was loud quest upstairs running all night .

Left in the cold

The hotel was beautiful

They did not provide us with the room we paid for. My family could not sleep in the room together. We had to find an alternative place to stay. My aunt is handicapped she could not get in the bed for the overcrowding of the room. They did not clean the room. They place a huge black garage bag of towels at the door for us to use our stay. We asked for a complete refund. They told us to contact Booking.com. Don't stay at the Staybridge Suites at Dearborn. Not accommodating at all. I want my money back!!!

Accommodating

Staff called to alert that a plumbing issue happened prior to our arrival and suggested we may need to move to sister property. When we stated displeasure, they did everything they could and ultimately made arrangements for a room. Glad they were in the customer service mindset. Accidents do occur and a consumer is always pleased when it does not alter our much needed vacations. The outdoor courtyard is delightful. Very peaceful.

The front desk receptionist scammed me out of $20 then they wouldn’t put the calls through from my daughter who was in the hospital when she asked for me by name when I left my phone at the gas station told my daughter it was a HIPAA violation and when my other daughter called, she just hung up on her son as she said my name done going to that property will never return management didn’t even want to do anything about it so beware

our shower didn’t hold heat at all. I couldn’t imagine staying there for longer than a weekend with a broken shower. it went from hot to ice cold and never got to properly shower because I couldn’t handle the constant temperature change
