The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was low.

The food was just ok the bacon had absolutely no flavor just crunchy and the eggs had to.much water in them but appreciated the hot breakfast with a waffle maker The rooms were fine however upon leaving i always tidy up put towels sheets and blankets in a pile and mattress was not clean there were some type of stains but the bed was comfy the pillows coukdve been better tub and shower [had 2 rooms) were fine overall place was clean pool smelled sanitized employees were friendly i woukd stay again thank you

The bathroom had a lot mold on the showerhead. I had to wipe it off before taking a shower. When we left they did not provide our bill receipt. They said Hotels.com has to provide it since we booked with you. Hotels.com has not provided our receipt.

The environment was decent and I was happy with my stay until someone opened my room door twice between 7a-7:15a! Apparently the staff programmed the customers door key wrong and they were able to open my room door. After speaking with the manager, I was told that I would receive 5,000 points to my account (basically a free room), and I have yet to receive any points.

Someone opened the door to my room twice between 7a & 715a. I reported this situation to the manager, was promised 5,000 in points for a free room, haven’t jot received those points and I’m not happy with this outcome. My privacy was invaded and this is UNACCEPTABLE!

We had three rooms as we were there for business - 2 of the rooms smelled a bit moldy, the one room was particularly bad and made the person feel ill.

Would have been 5 stars.However was not told when booking that credit card would be charged $150.00 deposit.That is suppose to be refunded in 6 to 8 business days.Also shower water was hard to regulate.Was either to cold or to hot.Also shower head was weak.Breakfast was nothing special.Had biscuits but no gravy.Staff was helpful and friendly.

Location was good for us, close to our business meetings. Stayed 3 nights but don’t think we would stay again. I have a mold sensitivity and had to turn the AC off even though it was 80 degrees out because the moldy mildew smell was greatly aggravating my health and sinuses. The hotel and room was fine/normal. The gentleman at the front desk Thursday was very lovely and helpful - appreciated nice staff AC needs a flush out and I would have rated higher

This place is dirty. Carpet in hallway and room was not vacuumed and very worn. Stains on the walls, finger nail clippings around the trash can in our room when we checked in. Hair on the sheets. (I bring my own). If I had known this is the type of hotel that charges a $150 hold on your cc on top of the room charge instead of just keeping it on file that would have been an indication of the type of place this is. The 2 forms you have to sign upon check in about not being allowed guest in the room or who can use the pool were also indicators of the type of place this is. Oh and the police showed up after the fire alarm went off in one of the rooms for over an hour early Monday morning. Don't stay here

the room has paper-thin walls and i could hear the next room. In addition, the structure of the building seems to be not so solid. When a young child was running in the hallway, my bed was moving up and down because the floor was vibrating.

Had to wait 15 mins for someone at the front desk to serve me. When I went upstairs the key wouldn’t work. I told the front desk and he said our key machine is broken. I said how are we going to get in and out of this room he said, “I’m sitting by the front desk”. The mini fridge wasn’t working, I had goods that almost spoilt because of it. The bed sheets also smelt really bad too. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Patio furniture shredded and faded. Corners under bathroom counter not clean. Underside of duvet shredded. Pool water murky over 3 consecutive days with apparently no regular care. Overall disappointing quality for a Holiday Inn Express.

This was a very old hotel and not up to the standards and reputation of a Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was very subpar and the cinnamon rolls were dried out. The hotel was rundown and had odors in the common areas such as hallways, lobby, and dinning area. Would not recommend.
