I've been going there a long time and never complained but this last time it felt like I was being picked at because you're allowed animals there they said mine went to the bathroom all the time and I never cleaned it and they kept my security deposit and I never had a problem with a security deposit I always got it back because I always cleaned up after myself and cleaned the room where no one really had to and you're supposed to have a coffee pot and your supposed to have alarm clock

Nice warm room, good cable tv movie selection, clean nice quality towel , friendly staff . A big Red roof Inn franchise . Great value for the price and not far from the Museums . I will book this facilities again soon.

Most of these people that work here are rude I turned in my key card to get a new one and the lady looked at them like they were dirty I was going to ask her if she wanted me to watch him for her also I've been there for a couple weeks I have three friends that also live there I'm 61 years old and I'm disabled I paid my room today after I paid my room they said I had to leave for traffic in nobody was traffic in I made food they come and get it places ridiculous and wouldn't give me my deposit back said we were smoking in the room which we did not smoke did not go there the rude and the rip off and liars also they said there was an incident there was never no incident there I promise you I've been booking with Agoda since last year over 150 bookends and never had a problem at any of the hotels I've been to so now what like I said they're liars and the big heavy set black woman that works there is very very very very rude it's a couple other girls that worked in a pretty nice and that's Matt's is a pretty nice guy I thought but I come in from smoking and I had to have a cigarette in my pocket that's why they said I was smoking in there because they can smell the cigarette in my pocket she goes a pack you really think I'm going to throw him out so all of them assholes I'm calling the better Business real too I hope they get shut down you're not allowed to have people over so don't have anybody at your room
