Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Check in was easy.

Nothing, we had a great stay.

It was clean and nice.

They didn’t make accommodations for us. I booked over a month in advance and they didn’t book our rooms right next to each other as requested. They were a good distance down the hall from each other. Plus they decided to charge us randomly $100 each room on top of what I already paid?!

breakfast was fine. location was fine.

my room was on the first floor and i could not get the curtain to close. So i had no privacy from the public parking lot. I tried and tried, but the curtain did not close. that is not safe.

Good location.

Room carpet was unvacuumed and dirty. Soap container by sink empty. A layer of dust was the TV, desk and lamps.

I had to ask for the room to be attended to during our stay. Upon arrival, the staff couldn’t find our reservation, because booking.com had made a mistake and put my first name as my surname. One morning, the eggs that were served for breakfast, were partially frozen.

Honestly not much to complain but i feel like the breakfast could be better.

The room size was nice. The location is in a good spot.

The pool was small and so crowded with No towels. The room was not cleaned the best, (holey pillow cases, stained sheets) along with other things. Most of the breakfast was not available within an hour of breakfast starting.

The room was comfortable, the shower was hot, Kevin at the front desk was very accommodating.

I had stayed the previous Saturday into Sunday and was told I'd be able to stay in the same room I had been in, or the 4th floor so I could have some quiet after a quick trip. I was first given keys to the first floor, then Kevin checked and was moved to the 4th floor. When I got off the elevator the smell of marijuana hit me like a ton of bricks. I immediately went downstairs and told Kevin. He was very helpful and moved me to the third floor, but he indicated that the alarms hadn't gone off so there really wasn't much he could do. He was going to send security up, so I'm not sure if it was resolved or not, but just be aware that you may run into this as well. I know marijuana is legal in Michigan, but it is still against policy to smoke anything inside a hotel room, and I expect the property to enforce rules in a timely fashion so the stay of others isn't impacted.

I have stayed at this property previously and the location is great for the things I want to do and see. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, with easy access and parking. It was quiet, super comfortable, and the staff were all very attentive and caring.

I would have liked for the hot water to be a bit hotter than it was. It was nice and relaxing to shower, and got the job done, but with winter temperatures I was looking for a little more heat!

The hotel was good, breakfast good with really efficient patient staff. Pool was clean Room was well equipped and exactly the size for the family we stayed with

We had a queen suite. Unfortunately it was over the front entrance and so it was noisy. People outside at 3 am, guests pulling up with radios blaring, pulling away with tires screeching. The room itself was quiet, the forecourt was not.
