Don't count on breakfast. When they run out they do not make more -- even at 930am

Bed was comfy

No breakfast even though it said it was included. About 10 staff members were downstairs eating and every guest that came down they told at 9:30 that they were out of food and not making more. Breakfast went until 10:30. We chose this place for the breakfast so we didn't have to pay more for our trip. Staff was reactive instead of proactive. They were literally sitting in the food area eating telling people it was gone. I called corporate to get a partial refund because of the breakfast they told me they couldn't do anything. Terrible stay.

Decent Service, but not the best maintanence work on the building, and i need my $100 back.

Its in a good spot and products are maintained well and the rooms are solid.

There was a hole in the couch in my room, a lot of maintenance needed to be done, there was a weird stain on the wall in my room too. I also am still waiting on my deposit back after i was promised it’d be returned to me after a week.

It is conveniently located. The daytime staff was helpful.

Over 30 minutes to check in. (Observed both nights of our stay.) Floors were dirty. Shortage of towels and washcloths. Sheet was old and had a hole. Curtains had a tear. Shower had hair in it. Picture frames were damaged and lampshade had stains on it. Overall did not feel clean. It was noisy. Hall ice maker was loud. Hall carpet had ripples which could be trip hazard.

The location.

The walls were dirty and the carpet needs cleaning. The door to the room was hard to shut. I asked for floor towels twice. Never gave us any. Said they didn’t have any clean ones. The pool looked disgusting. The lobby floors need to be swept and mopped. The water pressure was terrible. I didn’t feel clean.

I absolutely disliked everything about my stay.

The only thing in the room that appeared to be clean were the sheets and pillowcases, the bed skirt was filthy.

The room was filthy, I had to cover the chair to sit in it, there were black stains on every piece of upholstery, the carpet was filthy with stains and spots, over half of the floor tile in the handicap bathroom was crack to the point that some tiles were raised up at least a 1/4 inch from the floor there were several cracks in the bathroom floor. The hallway carpets were raised and easy to trip on, the elevator was filthy it along with the lobby floor were always wet, it was hard to maneuver a wheelchair or walk around the wet floor signs, they were seldom taken up so the floor was usually wet and everyday the room key had to be activated,
