Not good, just fair.

Some of the staff were nice and friendly.

The room had lots of issues. The staff was great in trying to accommodate, however, the last night we were there and informed the front desk of the sink issue, we were told to come down to front desk and get a plunger...? As the guest, I don't expect to plunge the sink! LOTS of issues: (1) shower leaked (2) kitchen sink leaked (3) bathroom sink leaked (we couldn't use it our last night there) (4) fridge leaked on the inside....

I guess if you want something cheap and not fancy then this is the place.

The staff was friendly and the room was pretty cheap.

Bed was hard and the blanket was really thin, all they had was a sheet a thin blanket like a sheet like top cover, no warm comforter. I asked for another blanket the first night and they told me they didnt have any to give me, so I had to go to the store and buy me a blanket the next day just so we could be warmer the next night that we had stayed.

Extended Stay Hotel made my grieving process SO MUCH EASIER TO PROCESS!!!

The attendant was a joy!!! The check in process was quick and simple and I was thoroughly impressed by that. The room was MUCH larger than I had expected and the comfort of the bed was SUPERB!!

Well, this may be something you can't control...... The building itself. This particular property looks like an old school building that was converted into a hotel. It feels esthetically as if it's outdated and needs an overhaul; especially where it's located. Oh, and the parking!!! Parking seems to be a nightmare EVERYWHERE and this proved to be no exception.

Quiet location. close enough to downtown without having to travel too far. facility was very clean. Would definitely stay here again. It was exactly as expected.

The location was good

Room good have cleaner not sure who oversea the housekeepers and there cleaning but for sure there needs to be some training done. I am a supervisor and i oversea maint & housekeeping I would not rent rooms without checking behide my staff someone is supposed to check and sign off on the rooms for cleaness.

I feel like they should gave me credit or another room

I had a family with kids running over my head at 230 in the morning and 1230 at night and 1130 at night I told them exactly every night I stayed it was a little bit too much

Absolutely filthy, dirty, disgusting. Huge Stains on the carpet & both beds. I NEVER write reviews, but this one deserved it. I’m the kind of person to get along with everyone, but the staff were absolutely rude despite my kindness. I paid through booking.com. The staff tried to get me to pay again, before I stated I was going to contact booking.com, she finally gave me my key after I said that. I even called before I left Florida if there was going to be any additional fees, and their answer was no. That my reservation was paid. Giving me a mini heart attack for no reason. Their “trash room” on our floor was disgusting with overflowing trash bins and pizza all over the floor. Pay the extra 50 bucks and stay somewhere nicer.

Do not stay here. It was unpleasant and we were uncomfortable and eager to leave.

The location is reasonably close the downtown Detroit, about 15 minutes by car. The staff were friendly.

My family was very uncomfortable staying here, even for one night. There was an unpleasant smell entering the room and of marijuana smoke in the hallways. Furniture and appliances were dirty and in rough shape. There was a dark stain on the mattress. Our original reservation for a two Queen-bed room was cancelled by the hotel with less than 24 hours notice and we had no option but a room with smaller beds. This property needs sigificant improvement

We were short of options so we made the most of it

They were available to rent at 1am in the morning after our flight was cancelled. Staff seemed ok.

The air con was not working in the whole building, it had to be fixed the following morning, there was a kitchen in the room but no plates/cups/cutlery or even the ability to boil a kettle, as a casual observer it seems geared to longer stays possibly even semi permanent residents. Breakfast was apparently included however that was a muffin and to get a hot drink I had to borrow a drip coffee machine from reception ( not ideal for tea ) It felt a little seedy

Stayed as a last minute option; next time willing to pay more for a better stay somewhere else.

Location was good for my reason for staying. Check in was easy. Room easy to locate.

Signage wasn't great so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. Room was dark and outdated. Had a light that was out. Bathroom fan was very loud. Breakfast was not good. Small packaged muffins (dry and no flavor) and granola bars were the option. Floors were dirty in the hallways.
