Easy to get to, within easy drive to downtown Detroit. The staff was very friendly and checking was a breeze. Clean and a great value

It’s not so cheap for what you get

They had a room available late at night when we arrived and it was on the first floor and easy to get to. The dining area staff were working hard to keep up with food items but it was very busy, and some items like eggs, and potatoes ran out.

The hot water wasn't working. Breakfast foods that were supposed to be hot were luke-warm at best. They had both turkey sausage and pork sausage but didn't have anything identifying which was which. I also didn't like the patio outside of the room next to ours. People were a little loud - not intentionally so, but we had been driving many hours and were very tired.

Two nights without hot water, lack fully accessibility for my disability(handicap accessibility), and breakfast food ran out at 7:45 with no refills.

Got told at check in that I had to give a $100 deposit. I saw nothing about this when booking. When I asked about why the lady became rude and just said I could cancel the reservation. I had just driven 3 hours to get there. It was not that I didn't have it. It was that I was asked/told about it at check in. I ask what if I did not have it. I had prepaid for our stay. Once in the room, I used the rest room and found the stool very loose from the floor. After a bit I went back in and found water on the floor. I did clean it up. I did not report it. I used it very limited. My thing is why did the housekeeper not see this cleaning it then reporting it to maintenance. I worked in hotel maintenance for 6 years this should have been a no brainer. I have trouble sleeping with lights on. Went to close the drapes. Found them to only be for show. They could not be closed to block out the light. Why they would have it like this.

The staff were very nice. Food was good.

I stayed in room 107. There was a large gap around the door frame. The light from the hall was bright coming in the room.

Location, cleanliness, staff. All these were great.

Bench actually was falling apart. Hair dryer sounded like a jet taking off. Bathroom door was so tight that when you closed it all the way it BANGED. The "free" breakfast had no yogurt, green tea bags, cream cheese and jellies 2 of the three days we were there.

Internet issues on level 4th, staff solved this by moving us to level 3, but this issue needs to be solved by placing more repeaters on 4th floor

The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Also, they let me park my motorcycle up close to the building which I appreciated.

The hallways need a good cleaning. A bad impression that way but the room was very clean. Also the first night the internet did not work in my room, but they gave me a new room on the second night, and with a good attitude.

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the Henry Ford Museum and the Amtrak station. Bus 261 stops nearby, which takes you to the airport and Detroit. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room (the signal was weak), and the washing machine beeped constantly, which could be heard. The air conditioner was loud but didn't cool the room. The door to the room didn't fit properly in the frame, so it moved loudly in the wind, and everything from the hallway could be heard. At breakfast, the orange juice dispenser dispensed mostly water for several days, and breakfast was monotonous.

The size of the room was great. The amount of space we had was good. The area was nice and there was good parking. The couch was nice. The staff was nice.

The bed was too firm for us. The showers hot water was inconsistent. One shower would be fine the next would be lukewarm. The breakfast was not very good, it was just fine at best. They were always out of coffee and there was no coffee in our room at all. There was no service to our room in the three days that we were there. A friend that had stayed there before told me at they have not done room cleaning during your stays since Covid. It would have been nice to know that up front.

The room was very clean I could even smell the bleach on the linen!! The front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful, the cleaning lady was very sweet and the breakfast was delicious!!

Cost, location and friendly staff

The beds didn’t look like they’d been made (jut blankets tossed on and pulled up) , there were chips on the floor (obviously not vacuumed) and I had to wipe down the dresser as it was greasy and full of fingerprints.

The staff was rude and suspicious. She took a picture of my driver's license and left it in plain sight on the lobby desk in front of other patrons, with my room number written on it. I requested a room change if possible, and she put me on a busy floor with lots of noise until 4am. That defeated the purpose I had to resting the as I could not sleep.

Fantastic location – so close to the Henry Ford Museum in Greenfield Village. Our kids loved swimming at the pool – I’m glad it’s open till 11 PM! Easy parking.

Fair breakfast (the biscuits and gravy morning was very tasty though)—wish they had fresh chopped fruit or other healthy options like hard boiled eggs or sautéed veggies.

We were in Dearborn to visit The Henry Ford Museum and the location of this hotel was very close and convenient. There were several restaurants nearby.

Our room seemed to be pretty clean, but there were carpet stains. The towels were absolutely pitiful and threadbare. Our room was on the second floor and I can’t speak for any other floor, but the hallway was absolutely filthy. The carpet was stained and dirty looking and it appeared that it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. We returned to our room after being gone all day and we hadn’t received any maid service. We were told that maid service only happens every three days. We had to go to the front desk to get some clean towels. They really need to invest some time and money into cleaning the place up!

All as expected, no issues

The room was cheap. The reception team was extremely nice. Parking is free.

The Queen beds were small (not for two people). The breakfast was a disaster : nothing left after 9:15am despite ending at 9:30, and a tremendously horrible smell that wasn't taken care of (vomit ?) In the first floor and in the lift. The gym is useless (only one treadmill works, the lifting equipment is out of order, and it was super dirty with chips and sweat on the floor). The rooms are not soundproof as we could hear a group of girls screaming at 2am as if they had to tell their life to the entire floor.

Room had a number of little things that should have been fixed before we entered the room. Check in was rough. We waited 15 minutes at front desk before someone showed up. Could not get on wifi all three days we were there.
