Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Parking was great. Unfortunately, the drainage from the sink and tub were not the best. Staff tried to fix sink with draino but it was inadequate. Offered to fix but I just left it.

I stay here a lot! Usually no issues and the staff is always amazing. But this time I stayed here the fire alarm went off three times during the night!!! First time a bit after 2am and the last time a little after 7am. When I asked about it in the morning, I was told one alarm had too much pressure. Ok. That would explain once. What about the other two times? Nothing about this was ok. You pay for a room to sleep, and it was literally impossible to do so that night. Very unfortunate.

The staff was great, room was fine. Main drawback was traffic noise on Michigan Av. Variety of breakfast foods could have been better. After the first day of our stay, there were no more bananas. After the 2nd day, no yogurt.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Coffee was hot and available all day. Room was good. Bathroom was a nice size. Two queen beds with sufficient room for our large dog. Dog friendly hotel. Walkable, beautiful neighborhood in Dearborn. Excellent surrounding restaurants.

For what this hotel charges it could really use a makeover, particularly the black moldy caulking in the shower stall. Upon entering our bathroom, I smelled human waste. Yikes. Anyway, I was in town for a HS class reunion and will never be back

Great location! Felt clean. We stayed 3 nights and I understand not having housekeeping come in every day, but we didn’t get service our whole stay. It would’ve been nice to have our trash emptied and some fresh towels. It didn’t ruin our stay though. Would still recommend.

Had a king room very large, comfy bed, hotel is older and needs an update. They have started so it wil be better. Great location for being close to The Henry. The room online showed much bigger than it actually was. The bathroom showed a walk in shower but it was not. The man at the front desk was very rude and didn’t seem to care about any of our concerns and didn’t try to help us at all. It was pet friendly but we have. 3 pound dog and still could not find any place to let her potty. There is absolutely no piece of grass on the property or near. The pool looked large and very nice online but was absolutely tiny and freezing. The water was pretty and blue in the pics but very green and freezing cold in person. Not at all a good stay for the amount of money we paid, hoping to have a nice room

Rooms were clean, different breakfast options every day, staff was very friendly and Joseph at the front desk even got a discount coupon for the sites we’re going to check out. Hotel is centrally located to plenty of places to eat, shop Or even just to have a drink.

I’m giving this a mediocre review because it was SO SO SO SO LOUD. We had heard from a friend to make sure to get a parking lot side upper floor room, which we did. The storage room was next to us and people were slamming and shaking within that at all ours. But more: there were people above and next to us who it sounded like were jumping off of beds at all hours: midnight, 5am, almost continuously. It was crazy. We could hear actual words of conversations from both above and next door. We had to conclude that the walls and floors are really thin. We got earplugs, had a white noise machine - nothing helped. We travel all of the time and I’ve never heard anything like this. It’s too bad because my husband’s family lives two blocks away and we were super excited. Also room, beds, pillows, all excellent. I think we will try again next time for the top floor, but I’m telling you it was so weirdly loud.

We have had many visits to the area over the years and have always stayed at this location. Sadly the small lobby area we cluttered and not the most inviting. More of a concern during our visit was the indoor pool, green and cloudy. Completed unusable and looked even dangerous. The staff is always great but the facility was disappointing this time around:(
