Very nice visit to Tahoe to ski

Wonderful location walking distance to Heavenly Valley Base Camp for skiing. Good access to town and Heavenly Village. Townhome was large and easily fit our group. Good communication with staff.

Great place for relaxation

Karen had great customer service and good communication which made things super easy and comfortable. The place itself was good, nice and cozy and great location for a lot of beaches and food around. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for some nice and quiet areas with plenty to view.

We had a great time staying here, house was spacious and comfortable, meeting all our needs. We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and accommodating making the check in process flawless. Prefect location for skiers, 5min walk (literally) from the lifts. Convenient parking for 2 cars

The place is spacious. Our group turns out to bigger than expected and Karen was very understanding. Beautiful view.

Pool is not heated. It's a beautiful view at the pool but it gets dirty quickly from surrounding trees.

over all we enjoyed the stay. spacious rooms. only issue was the cleanliness of the property.

the location was awesome. close to the lake. we also say brown bears in the morning. one time just papa bear I guess and second time mama bear with two cubs.

the property was not clean. I had to change my baby’s multiple times in a day as they would get all the dirt from the carpet and the floor. once I cleaned the spilled water from the floor and the paper towel got all black and this right when we entered the property.

We had a great time at this place. The staff was great and were willing to accommodate for us on our special circumstances.

Everything seemed fine except the carpet. it was pretty dirty . I couldn’t walk without my shoes on once I saw my daughter’s socks after a few minutes her being without her shoes .it was dirty mainly in the leaving room and stairs going to the second floor . Also the kitchen towels need to be replaced , they are so old and stained.

What I like most is the location.It is close to the slope.The check in and check out process were smooth.The rooms were spacious. Kitchen was adequate.

Honestly the inconvenience and hassle of having to remove all the used linens and bringing them to the laundry room is the only part I didn't like. In my experience renting I never had to do that. But good thing GM Karen extended our stay till 12nn.Other than that everything is fine.

Townhouse within walking distance of Heavenly Aerial tram and Gunbarrel chair lift.

Host made early check-in possible. Townhouse is large - easily sleeps 8 - 10 in good-sized bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Well maintained complex.

You get stuck in the Heavenly traffic at key times of day (8 - 9am and 3 - 4:30pm). The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, pots, etc. but note that there are no spices, oil, etc. All that has to be brought from home or purchased.
