Great choice in the town

I love the fireplace in room! The room seem to be renovated as everything is very new and clean. Very comforatble bed and shower. Nice smell, nice decoration. Very close to everywhere - center of south lake Tahoe. Amazing staffs, very friendly and helpful all the time - even after we checked out for half a day and came back, they warmly helped us to store our luggages safely.

I hope the spa can be better.

Cute place in a great location

The location is great, the room is very spacious, it’s cute and cozy.

That would be great to have a table and chairs in the suite, there was space. We were sitting on the floor to eat… The bed were too soft, so not very comfy. And I found a bush of hair when I unfolded my towel. I think the cleaning could be improved.

Staff was nice, the grounds were pretty and the room very comfortable. I liked the fireplace.

I did not like the teabag-coffee,.also the description says there is a bar, and it is even advertised on the sign outside. There is no bar. There is a counter that purports to have wine and beer for sale. It is not staffed and has no stools. Also, the beautiful lobby is not accessible to guests after 8pm because the entire property is on lock down so you cant enjoy the gorgeous fireplace or buy a glass of wine and there is no staff available for anything you might need.

Warm, welcoming, friendly and cosy hotel in the heart of Lake Tahoe.

We loved everything about this place. it was warm, welcoming and the staff were very friendly. The decor of the room and the hotel overall was very attractive and super cozy. It is conveniently located close to Lake Tahoe and all of the interesting hikes and facilities in that area. we would definitely come and stay again.

This place was awesome! Our room had a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and a living room with a separate bedroom. It also had two fireplaces that were controlled by the thermostat. The location was great and the staff was very friendly!

Wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel

Wow what a beautiful place to stay! Set back from the main road around the lake, it was a beautiful, peaceful location. Rooms were well appointed with everything you could need. Robes and a lantern provided for late night trips to the hot tub. The main lodge had a bar, coffee and water station. We had a fantastic stay

Excellent option in South Lake Tahoe

Great location very easy to access lake, downtown and all area has to offer. Room was large, comfy bed, quiet, nice balcony and view, well appointed and clean with all you need including small kitchen area w kettle, fridge, dishes etc. Property is well setup with ample parking, lovely courtyard area and landscaping and really nice staff who were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Memorable, romantic, peaceful

We love the mountains, the tall trees, the lake, the rustic feel of the place. We felt like we were in our own little cabin in the middle of the woods, but with all the luxury of a nice hotel. It was great!!!!

Beautiful, clean large rooms. Quiet and pretty view. Comfy bed. Feeling of space and places to put luggage were great.

No elevator and no ac. The no ac wasn’t bad w the sliding doors open but o would t feel comfortable doing that all night if we were on the first floor- we weren’t so it was ok. Felt bad about having a tv on w the windows open though—I don’t want to bother others w our noise but it was hard to hear the tv w the fans on.

This is my second stay at this hotel, as always exceptional - great room, very clean, cozy fireplace and a comfy bed. In a nutshell - a perfect busy city getaway.
