The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was nice.
The room was not as clean as expected. It did not look vacuumed, and we picked up a blackberry that we found behind a curtain. We also noticed crumbs on the carpet that were not from us. We did not eat in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was cosy and clean, with a partial view of Lake Tahoe. We especially loved the bathroom, which had both a bathtub and a shower, and the fireplace was a lovely touch on colder evenings. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service within a 2-mile radius, making it easy to get to nearby restaurants and attractions.
We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant every morning and loved the beautiful lake views. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Would love brighter room, but we were outside whole day Anyway.

Too far from town, very noisy restaurant so we left without eating
