Good but heater needs to be worked on

the room were clean and spiciest.

it seemed the bathrooms were not set up for tall people. I am 5.2 and was able to shower ok but my partner was a bit unconfutable due to this. Also the heater was a problem at night it got to hot and all we where told to do was to leave a window open witch it not so great since it right next to the bed.

It was walking distance to the casinos. The room accommodated my whole family and was clean and comfortable.

The only issue was that we needed more toilet paper. When we arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

All very good and nice details, nothing more but happy with the stay.

It was clean and, most of all, very comfortable, I have no complaints about anything.

Only details in a double suite, the room did not work, the door veneer did not close and well, the comfort of having a room with a key could not be given and that the microwave did not work to warm my breakfast, there everything was very good and the inter-talves for the season was very low the signal, but in the end it did work.

A great location but very so so facilities

This is a great location for visiting casinos, gondola, Edgewood golf course and everything at Stateline

The room lacked AC. Arrived to find room at 76°, turned thermostat to 65° and set it to cool before we went out. Returned to find room at 76° and nothing happening. “Cooling” was a very noisy fan in the bathroom window. And no Kleenex in the room.

Glad to have a place to sleep last minute, BUT not worth the price AT ALL unless you're desperate.

Vacancy available, updated wood floor panels, very clean room.

Paid $320 for 1 night (rate was supposed to be 216.45) Additonal $150 refundable deposit at check-in. No Cable (Visio FreeTV only), broken A/C (service message on thermostat), horrible Wi-Fi connection (which is required for the TV to work, we had to move rooms because the Visio TV wouldnt connect to the internet and the front desk didnt know where the router was to reset it); Staircase closest to the office (and our room) was closed. In-room phone didnt work (had to walk down the only accessible/working staircase on the opposite side to get to the office), The bathroom window is constantly open because in the small window, there is a small exhaust fan (not industrial, and not an eye sore, more like a double window fan sucking air out of the room). This is a huge concern when we were originally on the first floor (the one with the bad wifi network). Pool is closed and located under gnarly pine trees with massive pinecones so a huge saftey concern with that if it does open. Don't be deceived by the "Private Beach" sign, its really a (pretty) walk to the Lakeside Park Association beach, a few blocks down the road, where you pay an additional $5/person (with a voucher NOTE: no cash accepted, which makes sense) to get on to the beach. HOWEVER its NOT Private, as the public can pay $30/person to enter. I should mention that at check-in the man at the front desk told us the pool was closed so they "gave vouchers" for private beach access to "make up for it being closed" (you mean the "private beach" advertised on the Ambassador sign?). Also, the pricing sign for LPA states that Ambassador provides vouchers for the beach, so it wasn't an "in lieu of" type thing, just posed as a "goodwill" gesture. The office was closed in the morning even at 10:15 am. No one answers the phone when you call the number provided on the door.

We were disappointed and would not recommend to others.

The price was good. I was happy to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Staff stayed late for our unexpected late arrival.

I was not aware of a complimentary breakfast. The pillows were too thin. No rugs made it loud and could hear other rooms. We had to have our own accounts to access TV. The bathroom fan was installed backwards. ***No blackout curtains made for very bright sleeping, especially since the light was right outside our room. Refrigerator was small. Table in room was very short. The pool was not available. $25 charge for parking, should be free with reservation. Music from nearby South of North Brewing Company was loud while I wanted to take an afternoon nap.

We barely were in the room so it was good enough for what we paid. The staff was nice.

I liked the location a lot, it’s perfect. The value of the stay was great.

The pool was closed, that’s okay. It wasn’t the end of the world. But the AC didn’t work, and the rooms were hot. Our upstairs neighbors were SO LOUD it was hard to sleep. (Not the hotels fault at all)

No blackout curtains. Lumpy mattress. The lights under the walkways were so bright we confused it as daylight. We could hear the conversations from neighboring rooms. Next time im bringing earplugs and sleep eye mask. I slept on the floor to avoid lights and to get a firmer sleep.
