A hidden gem!

We hope to visit again in the future and spend more time at these charming cottages in Calistoga.

Good coffee, excellent continental breakfast with very good choices of fresh fruit and fresh bakery goods.They were very kind to provide us with extra 1/2 & !/2 when we requested it. We loved the charming way they delivered our breakfast on time and left the basket of goodies in a lovely little "Bird House" on the front porch. Delightful!!

Quiet and Lovely surroundings but wont be returning for the price we paid due to the downfalls

VERY Quiet and Serene- what we were looking for in a getaway from the city- Location to wineries and downtown was perfect. Bed was pretty comfy and continental breakfast was good

Musty smell immediately upon entering. Kate (the owner?) was not openly friendly upon meeting... As I saw in previous reviews there are gross stains on the chairs- we did not feel comfortable sitting without placing the blanket or robes down. (I can provide pics) Shower pressure is a D+.. Paying this price for a room, these set backs are unacceptable. Also usually when you do pay this price for a room (in wine country)- a bottle of local wine is included -at least in my experience- not in this case

Price is so high. I should stay in St Helena for much better rooms and much lesser prices. Street close by very noisy. We could enjoy much the are since most of the budget is on the room

Kate the Inn Keeper was an exceptional host. Her attention to detail and the Incredibly Delicious Breakfast was Top Notch! On our last day she went out of her way to make us breakfast early!

The cottage has everything you need and more, it is perfect for a couple's getaway. they also provide breakfast fruits and pastries, and the front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

The property was incredibly clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was quiet and quaint, and the inn keeper was super accommodating. Not to mention the yummy treats and juice that were dropped off each morning. Yummy!!!

We weren’t too much of a fan of how out-of-the-way it was from major wineries, and shopping and restaurants.

A lovely love nest in Calistoga

Quiet, comfy cottage with all the necessities and lovely front porch. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and QUIET. We really enjoyed the ambiance (and a few of the figs growing on a tree outside our door). The morning continental breakfast was lovely.

The chair covers on the interior comfy chairs were permanently stained and my wife wouldn't sit on it without putting a spare blanket over it. I sat on mine and it was very comfortable. She thinks they should be replaced if they can no longer look 'clean'. The shower could have had more pressure and labeling for hot and cold - it was the opposite of what we normally expect, so we wasted a lot of water waiting for it to warm up before trying something else.

A cozy and peaceful getaway in a charming cottage.

Aurora Park Cottages is charming. Our cottage was very clean and very quiet. Nestled among nature. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the good French Roast Coffee, and the individually wrapped butter/lemon cookies were a nice touch for a late-night snack. The continental breakfast was very good: juice, two large pastries, and watermelon mixed with blueberries. I wanted more!

There was nothing not to like. Our cottage had two porches, so I sunbathed on one side of the cottage, while my husband sat in the shade on the front porch, working on his computer.

we stayed in aurora park cottages for 3 nights for our anniversary and it was perfect. first the cottage is soo cute, picture perfect. inside was more impressive, it was arranged with attention to details. the linens are clean, and you can request new towels daily. the fresh breakfast every morning was perfect. lastly the innkeeper was very helpful and approachable.

A delightful cottage!

The breakfast was DELICIOUS! A croissant and a homemade scone with fresh watermelon and blueberries. (We wished we had 2 scones.) The cottage was charming - the perfect size - with ample distance from the other cottages to feel private. We were able to use 2 bikes for free which was awesome - a huge bonus! We loved how close we were to town. It was such a nice neighborhood between the cottages and the streets with stores and restaurants. There were plush robes, snacks in the cottage, and yummy smelling shampoo.

The location was on a very busy road, so the traffic noise was louder than I would have liked. (Of course the weather was SO nice and cool, so we did have our windows open.) Reserving the bikes was not as seamless as we would have liked. We had to coordinate with the host and luckily found a mutually agreeable time. The hosts made a big deal about sanitizing and cleaning - which was nice - but the cottages seemed a little bit dated.
