Excellent place for a relaxing get away. I would go there again.

Excellent service, very sweet staff. Spa services were great too. Mineral pool and Jacuzzi were great. Great location with all restaurants within a mile. Coffee in the morning was great too.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. They upgraded us to a spa room but the jacuzzi had very low water flow and it took almost 45 minutes to fill water just 20%. There was no jet in the jacuzzi. No phone in the room. I had to call their hotel number from my mobile which went thru all the options before I could connect to someone who could help.

All and all we had a nice stay, just a little expensive for what you get.

We liked the location, very quite. The room was a nice size, and loved the idea of no stairs to our room. The large bath tub was nice, along with the frig in our room

The hot water was terrible, too many old showers, and no pressure in the shower. The beds was too soft, both of our backs hurt. Did want to use the pool facilities at the bottom on the pool looked dirty and stained. Lastly, the carpets where very dirty.

Paradise found.

Let us check in early since the room was available. The checkout was at noon. Microwave and fridge in room. Great bed, Writing desk in room. Coffee service. Fabulous pools. Nice clientele. Old fashioned charm. This is the first hot springs I have found in Calistoga that I have fallen in love with since Nance's burned down 2 decades ago. Quiet, charming, with so many thoughtful touches, I will become a regular and this spa has put Calistoga back on the map for us.

I love this place. It is a charming little oasis, perfect for some relaxation and rejuvenation in the pool and hot tubs. I like to get a room with the spa tub in it. What a treat!

Good place to stop on the way from Mount Shasta to San Francisco

I had to check out early so I gave up on the pool. The staff finished cleaning and opened the pool early. I had a great time until the end. thanks to all the staff. The room is spacious and clean. Amazing sunrise views from the sundeck.

Wonderful natural mineral water experience.

As always, since we’ve been here many times before, this amazing place delivers a great natural mineral water experience like no other. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Room with its own tub for two was wonderful. Proximity to downtown Calistoga makes a nice 15 minute walk.

Superb

Most hotels have a noisy heater so we can’t sleep. Instead, Golden Haven had the option of a silent plug in! Nicely done! The pools and hot tubs and mud bath which we came for were great! Bed was comfortable. So great had Level 2 charger for EV! Relatively expensive to charge but the convenience of it wonderful and we were able to make it back to the I5. Didn’t have time to use bikes- noted they had them. Would stay again.

Like most American places, no kettle. They did provide coffee and hot water for tea at reception (great idea) but only found out as leaving - wished had told at check in. Also they had an internet sign in but didn’t work for most of stay.

Wonderful

No breakfast. Love the pools. Traveling alone I’m on a budget for room cost. This price was within my budget but now a week later it’s increased $100 for the same room!!

Even a standard room should have a microwave. Really? Disappointed.

Wonderful hot springs and accommodation

I had a lovely stay here from start to finish. The staff here are so friendly and give you all the information you need. The rooms are very comfortable and have great facilities. But the gem is the hot pools. They have three pools and each is absolutely perfect in its own way. Relaxing here on a cold, wintery night was just the tonic.

The shower in the room could be better. It was hard to find the exact spot to get hot water.

The spa part was too expensive. would cost almost $400 for two of us to have a 20 minute mud bath!
