Most everything! It was very quaint and we enjoyed coffee, sitting outside and our room was very comfortable. Soft sheets, plush towels, etc.
The fireplace barely had a flame and we were unable to turn it up.

Location. Cute cottage and room.
Nice bakery, coffee shop. Walk to downtown.
Only thing was bf 8am think staff at coffee shop played music. By 8:30am would’ve been better

Very cute, very clean, accessible to cute shops and restaurants. General store is attached which was super convenient for snacks and coffee.

Location and premises are, on the whole, pleasant.
There was no one to greet us when we arrived and the whole building was closed and inaccessible. We had to look for a phone number to call, leave messages on answering machines and wait for what seemed like a long time until we got called back. The « customer relations director » finally showed up. She greeted us with great folksiness and no apology, as if nothing was wrong and the situation was perfectly normal.
I can readily admit that the initial cause for this situation was due to (very) late reservation. Our displeasure could probably have been largely assuaged with an appropriate response and a mere apology.
For the same reason (late reservation and arrival) the room had not been heated in advance and remained chilly for a long time.
