Relaxing stay in the heart of Calistoga.

Very clean, relaxed, well-equipped. We loved the amenities in the room such as the mini-kitchen, coffe and coffee maker, the "fireplace," comfy bed, modern bathroom. Nice to have good robes provided and plenty of towels. Plenty of filtered water available and abundant seating options around the pools. Good idea to have one pool covered (it was a rainy stay), and the others open. Also, wonderful to have three pool temperatures to chose from. Kid friendly, but also nice to have an adult only pool. The pools are not over chlorinated which we LOVE. Within walking distance to many shops, grocery store and restaurants. Ample and safe parking. Easy check-in.

There really should be a more affordable option to stay an extra hour or two after check out. $50 per person is too much! Or, allow for a later check out: maybe noon or one pm?

Great pools, great location, perfect for the family

Went with my family including a 7 year old kid. Rooms were totally fine with comfortable beds and it was nice to have a little kitchen area. The pools were a good array of temperatures for whatever fit our needs and were super relaxing. We will be back.

The provided breakfast was actually a voucher to another hotel's breakfast that didn't open until 9 and was way overpriced. One breakfast for the three of us was more than the 2 day allotment. I can't recall if this was optional or not, but we will opt out again.

Lovely place, very comfortable, quiet at night, and super clean!

Very clean with three pools and one is very hot, one is medium hot and one is cool. The landscaping was nice and simple, and I loved the fact that they have benches outside of the rooms and tables that you could sit on outside of each room plus places where you could grill food.

I wish that they would use a silent leaf blower because they have to blow the leaves every day and that noise was bothersome. I wish that the medium pool wasn’t so hot. It was too hot for me to be in.

Beautiful in every nook and corner. The room was excellent with everything you could need. Location walking distance from main street. Personnel friendly and helpful. Spa has everything you would want as well as exercise room.

Everything generally is just fine, which is why we return a few times a year. Cute town!

The pools are great and open late. The room has a kitchenette. The staff are helpful. The huge outdoor hot tub is a favorite. The middle pool is nice and warm. The large pool is not heated. They have an outdoor fireplace that is lit at night next to the pools. It's fun to sit by the fireplace after swimming. The guests are always friendly.

They no longer offer their long-time promotion of "pay two nights, get the third night free." Last year we had just unpacked our bags upon arrival when the front desk called to say in a nasty tone we were checking out too late and we had to leave. She would not believe me when I told her we were staying for three days and just arrived. Finally, I went to the front desk and the person who called me refused to talk to me and just stayed on a phone call. I finally showed my reservation confirmation to other staff. They said, "whoops, mistake." They acted like this was no big deal. My 98-year-old mother who was with me was very upset. No real apology was given to us. As loyal customers, I feel we were treated badly. This was the first and only time this happened.

It was a great location, walking distance from restaurants and wine testing places. Pools are clean, relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff.

The only reason I gave 8 out of 10, because I’ve noticed stains on our room towels, and the shower head in bathroom was covered in mold. I find it’s unacceptable to keep a shower head in such a condition especially it’s a family friendly place , and kids had to take shower too. Also when you book with a breakfast included you should consider that it gives you only voucher for a place with who they have partnership. So it’s not inside the hotel.

have been going to calistoga for years, most places have become prohibitively expensive unless you are a couple sharing a bed. calistoga spa has nice big, comfortable rooms, very nice pools with lots of loungers and shade. spa is not expansive but massage (by Candy) was fabulous! rates for both rooms and massage are very reasonable. as always love calistoga for relaxing, walking through town, good restaurants (Evangaline is our favorite).

The proximity of room to pools&spa. Simple cottage style room with kitchenette.

Light coming through blinds when sleeping, even though there were shutters, the light kept shining in. I wish the outside lights were less bright after pools close at 11pm.
