The pricing seemed like it was 20-30 percent higher than it was a few months earlier. Due to that stark increase, I may not stay here again, even though I liked the property very much. I was considering using it as a place to host a retreat, but it’s so expensive now.

A great place to unwind.

The gentleman at check in was so friendly and explained all the things about the pools and drinking water. It was pretty cool that they gave an essential oil and provided robes for the hot springs experience. The location was perfect for checking out Calistoga retail and dining.

Kitschy, clean and good value

The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent toiletries. The towels are huge. The pools are warm and feel wonderful, especially the whirlpool. They also have a mini waterfall type faucet. You sit on a stool under it and you can adjust the water temperature as it pours over your beck and shoulders. Heavenly!

Breakfast could start a bit earlier than 8 am. But it’s a great breakfast as you get a meal voucher and the food was delicious

Amazing Walkable Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff

This property was perfect for our girls trip to Calistoga. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay— both at the front desk and staff working throughout the property. We loved the fresh, filtered water in the lobby for filling our water bottles. Also the mineral pools are so relaxing. The location of the property was walkable to everything downtown. We also loved the diffusers in each room with a variety of scents available.

Fun retro accommodation central to Calistoga central.

The breakfast and coffee was great! We enjoyed the two hot pools and the lounging area. Having two queen size beds in our room was excellent for my best friend and I to share a room.

The extra spa experiences were way out of our budget and seemed overpriced. It would be nice to have a few less pricey options to make the stay special.

Amazing but also Unfortunate

Everyone was nice and welcoming. The room was adorable and the amenities were all great. We had spa treatments and they were amazing. The mineral pools were a life saver. The cool plunge (dumping of cold water after hot mineral soak) was amazing. We ate at the restaurant on the premises which was really good. Again, everyone was friendly and so accommodating Cons: the walls are extremely thin and we had someone above us that walked incessantly all night and early in the morning. I did let the front desk know who gave us a refund on resort fees. There was construction going on as well which woke us up early in the morning.

Highly recommended! All the good things & more!

Absolutely wonderful place to be during a special week of reunion and watercolor workshop with Barbara Nechis. I could not have been most pleased with Dr. Wilkinson's. Our room was in the Victorian Cottage. The hands down most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Great water!All the good things you could want or need and more! Not to mention being in the heart of the downtown district. So happy 😁

i wont go back again

the location was great . didnt get breakfast but brunch it was really good just had to go get my breaksfast card otherwise it would of been 47 dollars which is really high

i didnt like that we had to sit around waiting for heater towarm up room and it never did so had to have maintance come and then he couldnt fix it so had to change rooms and never got a aplozy or a discount for the room and almost had to pay for our brunch until my daughter went and told them . we paid alot of money for one night and it wasnt worth it

Never having to see or talk to a staff member at all made check-in and check-out very easy - but it also felt a bit eerie and impersonal. It would be nice if they could find some way to compensate for the lack of a personal touch (e.g., a personal note in the room saying who and how to contact if needed.

Food was good but a bit more limited than I hoped. Staff was amazing and friendly. Spa services were stellar!

Seems a bit expensive....appreciate all the amenities and the fact that it's within walking distance of the town but I think it was a bit overvalued.
