I loved the mineral pools and the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and courteous.
The pricing seemed like it was 20-30 percent higher than it was a few months earlier. Due to that stark increase, I may not stay here again, even though I liked the property very much. I was considering using it as a place to host a retreat, but it’s so expensive now.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. The room was adorable and the amenities were all great. We had spa treatments and they were amazing. The mineral pools were a life saver. The cool plunge (dumping of cold water after hot mineral soak) was amazing. We ate at the restaurant on the premises which was really good. Again, everyone was friendly and so accommodating
Cons: the walls are extremely thin and we had someone above us that walked incessantly all night and early in the morning. I did let the front desk know who gave us a refund on resort fees. There was construction going on as well which woke us up early in the morning.
