We decided to stay in Calistoga last minute on our way through Southern California to Oregon. I am so glad we found the Brannan Cottage Inn - it was clean, comfortable and adorably charming. If you are looking for somewhere in the area, I would highly recommend this inn for lodging.

I really loved this little gem of a Hotel. The only issue we had was we could not turn the TV off all night. It would come back on. Don't care for Keurig cups for coffee as not environmentally friendly and to get regular coffee you had to pay and the lines were really long. So having a self-serve coffee bar would be good so you don't have to wait in line with the people ordering food.

This was a very very charming little cottage. They managed to convert a cottage from the 1800's into a little 6 cabin BNB essentially. Its close to all the fun, it comes with an onsite cafe and the property manager is very very kind and courteous. I dont have too much negative to say really. But if I'm nit picking I would only say that the cottages are just a single bedroom with a bathroom but it is very nicely remodeled. It is a little bit small but unless you plan on staying inside all day that shouldnt be much of an issue. That being said I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I planned a weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. Our whole experience was wonderful. We originally booked a stay at Brannan Cottage Inn, but was offered a complimentary upgrade to a room at their brand new hotel in the heart of Calistoga downtown for being an Expedia VIP member. I’m sure the inn is as wonderful, but our room was just beautiful and well thought out. The bathroom floor and toilet seat were heated! Warm feet, warm butt. I can go on forever about the room, but what deserves more bragging is our host, Nicole. Although we didn’t see her in person because, I’m guessing, she was at the Branna Cottage Inn location, she was in constant communication with us, letting us know when our room was ready, how to access the main building and room, where free parking lots were located. Everything! Even though there was no reception desk at the Brannan Lofts location, the Cottage Inn was less than a 5-min walk if you needed anything, which we didn’t because everything was already there! Another thing that we appreciated was free breakfast at Sam’s General Store. Everything we ate was delicious. We cannot wait to be back and stay at Brannan Lofts Hotel.

Beautifully restored historic property. Cozy room, lovely bathroom fixtures, heated bathroom floor. Nicole greeted us upon arrival with complimentary chilled bottle of Champagne. Very warm and friendly staff. This is our second time staying there. We plan to return again in the near future.

Stayed two nights during the week and we enjoyed how quiet it was. Parking was easy. Walkable to restaurants. The room was clean and loved the heated toilet seat! Staff were also very friendly. We will definitely go back.

It was a magical weekend! We particularly loved the mobile check in and perfect combination of technology and hospitality. The staff provided anticipatory service at a distance but we’re available for any face to face needs. Room was impeccably appointed and the in room amenities were spot on and unique from any other place we stayed. They added personal touches for the occasion (birthday & anniversary). We will definitely be back!

I love the keyless entry. The room was clean . You felt welcomed from the moment you open the door. It is not the place if you are wanting peace and quiet or wanting to sleep in. Whether it is the oven beeping in the morning or staff talking to each other beginning at 7 in the morning. It would disrupt quiet and any chance of sleeping in.

I absolutely loved this little place! Great location, quite, very clean. It was all the little things that made it a wonderful place to stay. The linens were soft, the room was well equipped and the breakfast sandwiches at the cafe were the best!! Nicole was fantastic and kind too!! I highly recommend this gem ♥️

I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage with a fireplace. It was beautifully decorated and had great charm. The cottages are a short walk to downtown, where there so many restaurants to choose from. Sam’s General Store, that’s is located on the property is a great spot for morning coffee & breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much, we’re already planning our next stay.

One of the best hidden gems in Napa Valley. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Napa for business or pleasure and this hotel gets it. They have many features and items in the room that other hotels don’t think of - a cell phone de sanitizing station, a diffuser, heated bathroom floors, heated toilet, waterfall shower, a hair straightener and an ionic hair dryer just to name a few. The bed was very comfortable and the room was easy to access. I also love the adorable courtyard with the fire pit along with the general store and the cafe. I will definitely stay there again!

Brannan Cottage Inn was a wonderful choice. It's on a quiet end of the main street in Calistoga. Just a couple of blocks from all of downtown. Contactless check-in could not have been easier. The room was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that you have to use your own sign in to whatever streaming service you have in order to watch anything on TV. We'd never stayed anywhere that didn't supply at least SOME content. We wanted to relax after a long day of sightseeing and tastings, and had to go through a lengthy process to sign in and then make sure we signed out so no one in the future would have an option of ordering paid programming on our account. Come on, guys. Otherwise, it was pretty close to perfect.

As a Christmas gift, our kids gave us a gift certificate to enjoy The Wine Train out of Napa. Since we had previously stayed at the Brannan Inn in 2015 and had a pleasant stay, we chose to book again. We were pleasantly surprised to see many fabulous improvements to the Inn. The rooms have been updated and the Inn has been remodeled. We had several meals at Sam's General Store, another change since we had been there. The room was very comfortable, with fabulous bedding and a wonderful bed. I felt like I could melt into the mattress. I rarely use the toiletries provided in hotel rooms, but the ones readily available to us were upscale and well chosen. Nicole, the Inn Keeper, was friendly and helpful, and was always available. I had a few questions while we were there, and she was always quick to answer. We enjoyed our short walks into the town. There were several places to shop and many nice restaurants that served delicious food. From our room, we could hop on our bikes and ride through the vineyards. We discovered many peaceful neighborhoods for sightseeing and discovered that Calistoga is a very lovely town. Overall, I couldn’t imagine a better stay.
