Floors were very wet bc of rain- and no door mat inside the door so water tracked everywhere. Shower- the glass stops and there is no door- the floor and bath mat would get soaked every time and we had 4 people showering. It was a mess. The lights in the hall and bathroom flickered on and off all night. We don’t know why.

It's a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and destress.

It looks like it was a renovated place, the room was clean and I liked the mineral pool, jacuzi, & sauna.

The room was clean and spacious. Had free bikes which were nice

The check-in lady was not very friendly. We got there at 3pm and she said our room was not ready. Made no effort to accommodate us in another room. Wouldn’t let us do paperwork to check in to expedite when room would finally be done. At exactly 4pm she called to say we could come back. Went over process without any emotion - robot like. Have 4 bikes only so had to wait to get to borrow one.

Stay was ok.

Proximity to downtown Calistoga and walkability. The sauna and hot tub were nice.

I asked for new towels and robes, and the front desk staff member named Liesel, asked me and my friends to bring our used towels and robes first to her at the front desk. We essentially had to exchange our used towels and robes for new ones. They would not bring it to our rooms. I've never heard of a hotel doing this before. Never coming back. Also, the rooms were not very clean. There was dust on the lights in the bathroom.

Great location and facilities friendly helpful staff spacious room with everything I needed!

Spacious clean room with desk and good sized fridge, perfect for my business/leisure trip. Staff were excellent always cheerful and helpful and the young lady on reception on my checkout even offered to put a stamp on and post a card out to my friend!!! So lovely and so grateful 🙏 great location just on the edge of town.

My only regret was having a room downstairs as my upstairs neighbours were up and moving around at 5am almost every morning and I’m a light sleeper 🙈😂

Nice hotel, very clean, be nice if they could show some flexibility to weary travellers

Room was comfy and clean

They have a strange rule, where you can’t use the facilities until you are checked in. This wasn’t ideal as we’d just landed after 14hours of travelling (we told them this) and to be told at 1pm to go and have lunch was concerning and annoying. We said we didn’t need the room, just a lounger and a pool to relax after a long flight. We went to the public pool which was very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little out of town but is a only a short walk

Pool with mineral water. Free bikes for 2 hours to explore the town. Close to everything. Proactive asking about our particular needs via an sms message and quickly responding personnel. Quiet room facing a yard. Wet and dry sauna included with lots of clean towels on the spot. Easy access to WiFi. Presence of an air conditioner in the rooms. Free coffee in the lobby. Clean room and linen. Internal yard with tables and chairs. A cart for lagage available.

A bit loud air conditioner. No microwave in the room. Not much space around the pool, with only few umbrellas.

Great stay, I would return.

Room was clean, facilities were clean, and staff was very helpful. I would go back for the pool and saunas. It was great for my multi-generational family trip.

I wish there were tea kettles and extra towels in the room. Also, I thought the King would be bigger but it was almost the same size as the double queen.

Our room is a corner unit by the busy main street. We were quiet sleepers. Tried to ask for a different room, but was told the room type I booked are all either facing the parking lot or facing the street. And all the other sane room types are all checked in by guests earlier. But our room: its patio door is right by the main busy street, and the room window (a very nice bay window) is right above the handicapped parking spot and ramp and side walk facing the main parking lot. Later Lisa apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a bottle of white wine, which we appreciated very much. We later realized the Inn’s different buildings are built way too close to the road.

Very depressing way to spend our anniversary. Would never go back here and I warn all away.

The whole place is very shoddily built and depressing-looking, like barracks. The pools is ridiculously small and the supposed mineral hot springs hot tub was lukewarm and dirty looking, and also tiny. It was not a soaking tub as the water was too cold. To call this hotel a hot springs is fake.

Too much for just a mediocre room.

This room was fine. But getting a bit worn and for the price, I’d have expected a bit more. There was mold starting in the bathroom and the sink was cracked, peeling paint etc. Just things I’d prefer not to pay almost $400 a night for.

Comfortable, convenient and clean the three C

Very convenient but far enough out of downtown that it’s not super busy. The grounds are very well. Kept the rooms very roomy and clean.

Really the only thing I didn’t like was one of the other guests running his drone and peeping on people. He was running his drone over the parking lot where I was and then it looked like he went over towards the pool and around the hotel grounds just a little creepy.

Perfect location, right outside of town with close access to everything. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Nice sized room and the set-up was aesthetically pleasing. Cuuuuute wallpaper.

The room I was given was immediately next to the maintenance room and I was not warned about it. Noise started early a.m and throughout most of the day. Lots of talking, laughing, shuffling and 'moving thinga around' noises...through no fault of the crew as that is their station to work out of. I just think guests should be warned about the consistent noise if they are put in that room. There was some dark mold along the wall behind the shampoo and body wash holder in the shower.

Sauna and steam room relaxing and clean. Free water and ice from machine in garden.

Tried to check in around 1am (not ideal I know), but no key left in box and nobody answering phone. Had to go to a hotel down the road to ask security there if they could help - not perfect after a day of driving. No real apology or acknowledgement even the next day. Room not cleaned next day even though sign left on door.
