Perfect Spot for Overnight!

This was a perfect stay - we were in the area for a concert at Pine Knob. The location was great, the room was a fully equipped King suite, and check-in was seamless. There was no outrageous amount of money held on my debit card for incidentals, I want to say it was around 20 or 30 bucks and was credited to my account on the next business day.

Lisa Marie took the time to ensure I was not double charged. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were kind.

Super spacious room, Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay

We didn't get up in time for breakfast.

The curtain was broken and needed to be repaired string hanging could prose a dangerous situation if you were traveling with a pet or a small child.

Confusion at the front desk

The front desk was overwhelmed with Poole checking in. There was a long line of people checking in for a wedding and concert goers were checking in as well. The front desk gave me room keys and when we went to our room, it was occupied with people. The people were upset and caused a scene. We did eventually get a different room assignment. It was not the best way to start a fun weekend. The rooms were clean but dated.

Ok but....

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and loved having a kitchenette.

I didn’t like that we had to ask for towels and toiletries. We stayed three nights and they never came to clean our room. We had used towels and garbage that was never emptied. We had to ask the front desk for clean towels. I’ve traveled a lot for work, and I’ve never experienced this. Someone should be cleaning rooms daily.
