Nice hotel that was super close to LEGOLAND but just had an ice cold pool!

Breakfast was good, stocked and the staff were very pleasant. Location was super nice since we visited LEGOLAND.

The pool was ICE cold. It took my breath away. It was such a disappointment as my kids were excited to use it. My kids were shivering.

It was clean, beds clean.

Wallpaper in bathroom falling off wall. Could not control room temperature as room was hot all night even after trying to adjust temp. Seemed hotel controlled room temp. Breakfast was bad. No eggs, two types of potatoes, bananas looked over rype.

Property was very good.

Was given a room next to the breakfast prep room so it was loud. Only room left because Booking.com didn’t fulfill my reservation with Hampton Inn and paid more than $100 more for the last room available.

Its was a sub-par

The area was great we were there to shop and the hotel was right there in the mall parking lot.

We had issues at night with the guests across the hall letting their kids run up and down the halls and banging on doors from 10:30 at night until almost 1am. I called down to the desk and the man said he would come up and take care of the situation and he never did. We had a baby in our room that was kept up because of that. Also, took our baby to the pool and it was so cold that we couldn't take him in the water. There was also a group of kids(6) of them that were being so rough in there that no one could enjoy there time in the pool. When I mentioned it to the front desk they did nothing. The kids were in there alone with no parent and the oldest one was maybe 10 years old.

Stayed one night to go to a concert and it was perfect!

We All enjoyed the breakfast, the Food didn't taste like it had been frozen. The lady who was working the buffet was very Good and made sure everything was fresh and clean! Even the coffee was pretty good!

BEDS ARE SO STIFF THAT KTS LIKE SLEEPING ON A BOARD. My back hurt so bad the next morning . Not that it was a big deal but a coat hangar was broken when we arrived to our room and part of the shower curtain rod was broke

Newly renovated so everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Location is perfection.

Only thing missing at the hotel was a jucczi in the pool area. Would have made this trip perfect but not a deal breaker.

It was regrettable. As an awards member, I will not use Hamptons again.

There was no breakfast. We were told that breakfast couldn't be served due to construction. No discount was offered for that expected amenity.

The bathroom shower handle fell off almost causing my wife to fall in shower. The elevator was so slow that we had to take the stairs twice. The air conditioner did not work from the wall as purposed and the night desk person had to come to the room and turn it on manually. The construction was unsightly and we felt that we should not have had to pay top price, ay 180.00 per night to stay in a trashed up hotel from construction and all the other aforementioned inconvienances.
