I’m not happy with Booking customer service

I would not stay there no more, I paid so much for one night and the hotel was not what I expected for the price.

Hotel room had a used body soap inside the shower, also lots of facial hair on the bath tub. Changed rooms and the second room toilet was not flushing properly, we couldn’t use the toilet. We reported with front desk. Also, when we were getting ready to leave the hotel there was a roach on the wall. Called housekeeping and she took a picture and didn’t apologize about the situation. When I checked out I reported all the problems, but it seemed that they didn’t care. All they said was we will give you credit on your account for your next stay. Will never again!

Disappointing frustrating

Overall, it’s a nice looking property and it is clean for the most part. There’s a Starbucks in the parking lot, which is convenient. And the parking garage has an option is very good also

Just to start off I just wanna say that this is by far the most frustrating state that I’ve had to deal with with a hotel that I’ve booked through booking.com. I was traveling with my family and from what I read it seemed like the right place to stay, butfrom the beginning, I just felt like there was issues across the board or the or the unavailability of things is what frustrated me for starters I believe that I read that the pool was indoors and was heated and the first night. In fact the pool was not heated. On the first morning, my wife and I like to get our day started with a workout and it seemed like half or more than half the gym equipment was not working properly and when we approach the staff about these issues, my wife was simply told that there was nothing they could do about it… on the second night I believe I had called for extra pillows, and I was simply told that there was none available…. on the same night I also approached the front desk about possibly getting a stay and play or some type of bassinet for my one year-old and they said that they didn’t have any available also and that it wasn’t an option. there was a kitchen sink inside the suite that was extremely dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. As a matter of fact it had mold at the bottom of the sink. Now I’m traveling with my kids and one of them still needs bottles and I couldn’t even clean them properly because it was disgusting so I left the drain on covered so housekeeping can see it but apparently they don’t look at the sink, cause it was still dirty, even after they came in to clean for the day and lastly, on the last morning, I had asked to refill the orange juice machine.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was better than most because they offered a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. There was also a large bowl of fresh mixed berries.

They need to replace the toilets with normal-height ones instead of very low ones. The breakfast bar's scrambled eggs, sliced kielbasa, and potatoes were as bad as those at every other hotel, but the sandwiches were great.

The pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable. They’re never great, but this was substandard.

Breakfast was great! Thank you so much! The location was not great in that my friend had her bike rack stolen off of her car in the middle of the night even though it had two locks on it locking it to her vehicle. She had two bikes to transport the next morning to the bike race plus kids and gear. Major headache for her. She has another race coming up and is not able to bring a second bike because she cannot afford a bike rack. I liked that Starbucks was right there in the morning too. I am addicted to coffee.

Staff was cordial and friendly

Children playing in the pool with balls and water guns. I got hit with the ball twice. They were also eating chips in the sauna. They were using the empty chips bags to get water and poured into the other pool. The door was left open the cold air was running in from the outside.
