Horrible rude discriminatory owners

I booked this hotel specifically because it was next door to the American Legion where I was supporting my father, a local musician. I was looking forward to a safe place to stay after the event. Unfortunately, I never even made it past the lobby. Upon arrival, I was treated with extreme hostility and judgment by the staff. They refused to check me in or honor my prepaid reservation based on a subjective smell. I was polite, cooperative, and explicitly stated I would follow all property rules, but they were hateful and dismissive. They refused to provide the room but still kept my money. It is incredibly disappointing to see a local business treat someone this way—especially someone trying to be responsible by booking a room instead of driving. If you’re looking for basic professional courtesy or "hospitality," look elsewhere.

Would not recommend anyone wanting a good nights rest to stay here.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the ground. The bedding was of cheap quality and I hardly got any rest. The staff was rude and when we checked out we received a very nasty phone call from the owner and she was very rude and disrespectful. Accusing us of stealing a top sheet. We turned around and went back and welcomed her to check our vehicle in our bags because we did not take a top sheet and she continued to raise her voice and be very disrespectful and inappropriate. It wasn’t until we threaten to file a complaint with OSHA is when she finally backed off and he husband just stood there and was of no support. By the way, she was treating us. You would’ve thought that we caught the room on fire.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. If I could give a 0 star I would.

1. The lady at the reception had the worst manners, she would smack the table while speaking to me and didn’t accept debit cards. 2. The room smelled like strong paint, blankets had yellow and white stains, the bed was extremely squeaky, really thin walls you can hear everyone’s foot steps.

Person at front desk tried to scam $20 from by saying there was an extra vehicle price that was listed nowhere on the details of the hotel or in the hotel office, and insisted it could only be paid by cash despite the fact that the room was paid for by card and if this was a necessary purchase you would imagine I’d be able to pay it with the price of my room. Sketchy.

Close to rodeo so we could walk but had to park our second vehicle elsewhere. It had a family room

Tv remote broken/ no ice I signed for 144 for night and 100 for some deposit fee so I hope I get that one refunded. Could not fit in assigned parking due to large truck blocking Owner rude and stated the 5 of us could only park one vehicle because she was sold out which was obvious lie. Beds on metal platforms that sound like a gym locker every time you bump it Overflow trash dumpster out front I could not understand the woman at front desk. I signed our 2 cars and thought it was good then she came out yelling that we could only park one. There were 45 spots and 9 were filled at 10:00 at night.

The motel was clean and comfortable. it was nice to have your own numbered parking spot in front of your room. Shower was a step in with a grab bar. We brought a shower chair to accommodate my husband.

Good location, clean, and well maintained.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The property overall including the parking lot were well maintained. The TV worked well, as did the cable and WIFI. The motel is located on Main St, close to everything. Exterior lighting on the premises were good, making you feel secure. You can see the whole parking lot when you walk outside.

There were not enough pillows, and very limited soap in the bathroom.
