Pillows are not the best, some televisions are not smart so you can’t enjoy your tv apps. No microwaved in rooms. Breakfast is not good. Everything is packaged for microwave. Toaster is broken.

Good place to stay for the night. The room was laid out very well and spacious.

Breakfast is good and parking was convenient.

Parking spaces could be a little wider for ease of access in an out. Some of the switches for the lights in the room (ie. vanity mirror & sink) was difficult to find.

Staff were great! Location is okay. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good when stocked…

Dirty towels in room, stained bedsheets. Most power outlets in the room didn’t work. Water had no cold setting, only scalding hot and less hot. Vending machines were cash only, which is fine if they actually accepted cash. Every vending machine on site did not work. Asked for water bottles at front desk since we were given some at check in, and she helped us out, but made it seem like she wasn’t supposed to give us water?? Breakfast wasn’t restocked daily, so ran out of waffle batter, breakfast water dispenser dispensing warm water on day 2, and not available any time after breakfast. Pool/hot tub inoperable

Okay stay for last minute booking, would not stay again.

Place was okay, last minute booking, beds were comfortable and shower was decent. Pillows were not good.

Property was bit old and felt not well maintained. Elevator took 2 mins to go up and down - slowest I have seen for 2 story, took stairs for rest of the stay. Stairs way were bit dirty and not kept well. Breakfast was okay, ready made shop burgers, you warmup and it. Not a good options if you dont eat beef/meat. Same options 3 days we stayed.

The hotel was decent. The rooms need pad of paper and a pen.

The breakfast could have used eggs and bacon. The waffles, juices, coffee were good.

The coffee pot in the room was broken. Bars of soap would be nice. The elevator is old and takes forever. In the breakfast room, the toaster and waffle maker were broken.

It was great other than the access to the pool/hot tub area.

A couple of things. The hot tub needs to be cleaned badly, if I’m not mistaken there was mold growing in it. They need to fix the exit they have IN the building, it doesn’t make sense that you have to walk out to access the pool. And the actual entrance (because there’s another door) to the pool needs to be card accessible. I don’t understand why “it doesn’t work sometimes in the morning” the employee told me.

Was comfortable for the time we stayed.

Close to the freeway access. They opened the adjoining room so we can back and forth with my son in law. My granddaughters were happy with that. Rooms were on the larger side and bathroom which was nice.

I've stayed in many Best Western and had good experience. This was terrible.

I requested a roll away through the app. I received a confirmation that it would be provided. When we arrived the woman at the desk said they don't have roll aways at the location. She was quite rude about it. I would not have booked there with out a roll away. I had to sleep on the floor in a very dirty hotel room. When I asked for 2 extra blankets, she brought one blanket and a bed cover saying that's the best she could do.

Nothing.

It was noisy. Breakfast was bad. No varieties. Folks walking and running will create disturbance below. Reservation via Booking.com failed and then we stayed only in one room but was charged twice both at booking.com and then at the hotel. It is not safe.

Check in was super easy and price was reasonable.

It was so loud I hardly slept, drag racing of some sort outside, staff outside our room at 3:00 in the morning having a conversation at full volume, loud banging metal outside our window, horrible breakfast, chairs in our room had stains on them.
