The guy working was great

First night, saw what looked to be a very small dead bug in the sheets. With some blood stains all over. What ever, we stayed the night. Second night same thing. Opened mattress cover and yup. Bugs. We immediately left. Manager said only 1 night refund

It as close to where we were going.

The staff made us feel weird booking a king bed w/ a toddler. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The seal on the toilet was cracked & it moved when you sat on it. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned that good. The food wasn't that great. The eggs tasted strange & the staff just didn't seem helpful when you asked for anything. The location was noisy & busy.

Staff mostly friendly and facility clean and modern updates. Breakfast is very good.

I stayed in a suite that faces front of building which in my opinion is very noisy from McDonald's and In out burger drive thru very noisy until 1 am. Switched to rear facing rooms and only slight highway noise

The price.

The staff turned our room key off because we kept the trolley too long. We were there for a sudden funeral and a little disoriented. The staff was extremely rude. There were ladies of the night everywhere outside and street racing noise. The breakfast was just okay. No business center and the staff would not print a document for me.

We will never be staying here again and we are seriously considering not using booking.com again.

The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were so very polite and helpful. They were kind and helped us after they saw how rude the front desk person had been.

Upon checking in the individual behind the desk was so rude to us. We used booking.com to get our rooms and he seemed very unhappy that we went through a third party. He questioned why we got the rooms we got and told us that three people to a bed were not allowed (A father and his two small children who wanted to have a sleepover with their dad -- they were 5 and 7 years old). But the way he spoke to us was so disappointing and rude.

Easy stay in clean room, but avoid Fridays and Saturdays.

Bed was very comfortable, really nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, and staff was GREAT!

There has got to be a better way to protect parking spot access when the drive-thrus next door (McDonalds and InNOut) are hopping. Both nights I returned to the hotel, I had to wait IN the drive-thru line for 15+ mins in order to slowly creep forward to a parking spot. It was nuts! Fortunately I brought earplugs for the noise - who knew the drive-thru was such a party all night! - but I do think Fri & Sat stays on the InNOut side of the hotel should be priced better than the rooms across the hall. Lastly - the water pressure in the shower was really low. It was a tad disappointing. Other than that, had a good stay!

Simple perfection!

We came to this area for a spontaneous trip to explore beaches and hopefully find a spot to pitch a tent, lol. Of course, there was nothing available. So, it was pretty late that night, we were searching for stays for about 2 hours. All we wanted was to sleep wherever. And then found Best Western! When we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel like valued guests! The service was exceptional. David, who checked us in, and Peter, who checked us out, were always available to assist us with any request or provide recommendations on local attractions. Their genuine care and personalized attention made me feel like I was not just another guest. I've been to 5-star hotels and never felt the way I did at Best Western. Believe me. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed and more. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day on a high note. You can even make your own fresh waffles!😍 The peaceful ambiance of the hotel added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and relax completely after a long trip! Thank you so much for everything. It was the best experience so far after I moved to the US one year ago!

I have stayed at this particular Best Western quite a few times and this was the worst

Clean and convenient

however it has limited parking because they always have their back lot blocked off. It’s next door to a very busy InandOut burgers and Macdonalds. Also the shower barely had any pressure. I called the front desk but no help was offered? Only said I will let the general manager know?
