Small, warm and cozy. A bit too dark for a queen room but very much cozy with the warm orange lighting. Alright area with the best part about it being across from in-n-out. Comfort wise I’d say decent, not the worst of beds especially for the price.

Flexible kind staff . Clean rooms

From check-in to checkout, the service was great. I would like to give a high rating for the manager from Nepal who practically went out of his way to accommodate us. Motel 6 is the best. A+++ rating. Come on. Whenever you are in Salinas or Monterey area, make sure . go to Motel 6 Salinas. Highly recomended. Two queen beds at at great price

Parking

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean, especially the bathroom, which was poorly maintained. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. There was no coffee machine or fridge in the room. The WiFi was almost unusable, and no breakfast was offered. Several facilities were out of order, and the staff were neither helpful nor welcoming. To make matters worse, the location was inconvenient, and the price was far too high for the quality provided.

Water pressure in the shower was great. Good Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, air conditioning worked perfect. Very Basic for the price. Convenient.

No fridge or microwave , no shampoo , no service maid, I thought they are going to make the bed and clean the room when I was out. And around 1 a.m. at Room 121 I woke up to turn off air conditioning and I heard this loud stomping sound that last about 10 second. It freak me out.

Location was good. Easy to get to and outside appearances were nice. They allow dogs and that’s why we chose this place.

Absolutely ZERO amenities. In fairness, they did send a email 24 hours prior to arrival that they don’t offer anything extra. The room bathrooms were very old and warn, enough that it made me question the cleanliness. Bed were just ok.

It's ok for a last minute decision.

Their was plenty of parking spots and it was fairly quiet for a weekend on that side of town. The booking process was really fast and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The bedding actually smelled clean liked they washed it. The bed was comfortable.

The vending machine and ice machine were not working. The toilet was leaking. All the furniture was chipped. The cable kept losing signal. They need to put a blanket on the bed not just sheets. For paying $100 for a room you would think there was some amenities like a coffee maker, fridge or breakfast.

Dirty, rude staff, do not recommend staying

The pool was the only nice thing

It was dirty (globs of other people’s hair next to toilet, floors were gross) the people at the front desk were rude, lots of foot traffic and sketchy people hanging around. We stayed for 3 days and no one asked us if we needed any towels or anything. We got two towels for a family of 4. Not worth the $422 we paid. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It felt more like a one-star motel.

Motel looked nice on the outside, room had new flooring.

No shampoo, no Kleenex, and no stoppers for the sink and tub drains. One plug in the electrical outlet by the bed was broken and the cord for the bed's light fixture was connected with wire nuts. Counter-top by the TV was dirty and the mattresses were way too soft.
