Pictures didn’t match the rooms or the extra amenities. Even though I reserved extra beds, they were sold out when I got there. Very uncomfortable stay. And the rooms were filthy and smelled bad

Attentive and happy staff.

The staff was terrific. They were willing and able to freeze our icepacks in the kitchen's freezer for us. They helped us choose a place for dinner. And they were helpful and smiling.

The facility is a bit old. And nearby construction up until midnight made falling asleep quite difficult.

Had a few hiccups but it was a good stay, spacious room. Staff was very helpful and quick to help.

The prostitute staying 2 rooms down had a dazzling fishnet dress and matching thong.

Pool green with algae and not swimmable. Used condoms in the parking lot. Sketchy dudes sitting in their vehicles alone staring. Coming and going of vehicles until 3:30 am.

Not a good experience

When we entered the room it looked clean. We ready for our event that we were going to attend that evening. We went came back to go to sleep. Pulled back the bedding and there were so many hairs on both beds it was ridiculous. They didn’t change the bedding from the last visitors. Also one of the comforter had a big spot of blood it was gross

WORST STAY EVER

The room that I stayed in was not sanitary at all. There was bugs crawling on the wall and around the beds. The floors were stained to what appears to be blood and were sticky. Bathroom door and wall also had damages. Will NOT recommend anyone staying here.

I didn’t like the rude staff. The breakfast lady told me that the breakfast ended at 9:45 when it actually ended at 10. I told her this & she told me “well my clock reads 10” ask because she didn’t want to do her job. They lied about breakfast by the way , THEY DON’T SERVE HOT FOOD. WHICH WAS THE WHOLE REASON I STAYED THERE!!!!!! The tv didn’t work & when I went in to tell the office lady ( WHO WAS VERY RUDE) about it she dismissed me and told me basically OH WELL. This is my second and last time staying here. I even overheard a couple say “this place has really went to crap” and I have to agree. Please get new staff or new managers.

We will not return unless we can be assured of major improvements in maintenance and housekeeping.

My request for a room for someone with reduced mobility was honored at no extra cost. The hotel was well situated for our needs.

The floor of the room was so dirty that the soles of my socks became blackened when I crossed the room once. (See attached photo) The bathroom sink drain was blocked. Using the palm of my hand as a « plumbers friend » I as able to clear the drain sufficiently for us to be able to brush our teeth. The Wifi did not work in our hotel room; I was obliged to exit the room in order to use my device in the parking lot. The television, and its decoder, refused to function. When the TV was powered up there was « snow » on the screen, but nothing else. The toilet was not properly anchored to the floor of the bathroom. That, coupled with the toilet seat being loose on the toilet, made it uncomfortable for the handicapped person to use.

location was good

rooms were not clean. furniture ( chair) was badly stained and dresser was missing knobs. Also tub was stained and not looking clean and floors had several spots that should have been cleaned. One of our rooms had a dirty fingerprint on the bedspread and hair on the floor in the bathroom and hair in the tub and even saw hair on the toilet paper.
