Close to the freeway

Hallways can get loud. I found it very odd and unnecessary for the security guard to stop me and always asks me if I’m staying there and then proceed to ask me what room I am staying in. Honestly he would have been better off asking me my name and then running it by the front desk him asking for my room number is weird how do I know he don’t have a record

OMG the bed was amazing and the room was so clean

I didn't like that they didn't have enough creamer and sugar in the bags.

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Under construction and I wasn't aware of this issue. It would have been helpful to have some warning about this issues, as it was slightly difficult to navigate.

The room had a moldy smell and tv was not working properly. Also the construction going on in the property

The bed

My check in for one of the rooms was super late. I had to ask for another room it wasn’t offered to me. Dust flew off from the construction site all over us.

Breakfast was disappointing one as it had very few options and we have to order over a counter to eat. Pool was closed on both the days we stayed. Very bad experience.

Staff were really nice. Good value for the money. Relatively close to Monterey

We could hear traffic at night but not too bad to affect sleeping. Facility is a little bit outdated.

The check in was less than ideal. I booked through a website and the check in person did not do a thorough name search. I had to sit in the lobby on my cell phone for 15 min waiting for customer service to call the hotel and confirm my reservation. The clerk didn't check for my first and last name which were transposed. She was quick to keep saying she couldn't find me in the system. After traveling for 10 hours, it was frustrating and I feel she could have done a little better especially since I showed her the confirmation from the website and my email.

Close to the sporting field my child was playing on.

Everything was old and well used. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom needed an upgrade. Felt like I was using an outhouse toilet. Shower pressure was extremely low. The building smelled really bad. It wasn’t a great place for young children when you hookers leaving the building. Not a continental breakfast makes it a waste of money for the stay. The room I requested was given away by time I checked in. Hospitality was horrible by the staff.

Really weren’t at the property much except to sleep, as we were in town for a evening mass and funeral. But it seemed clean and well kept.

We came in around midnight and the automatic sliding doors were wide open and no one was at the front desk. It just didn’t seem very secure. Also, parking is a challenge with two large hotels right next to each other. We had to park near the other hotel and walk to this one. Late at night, and not in the best area. Lastly, I had prepaid for the breakfast and it was a hassle. They didn’t have a record so I had to show them the confirmation with breakfast included. Then they charged me for it after we checked out and I had to call back 3 times to get them to refund me. Ot was finally taken care of, but had I not stayed on top of it, I would have been charged twice.

Close to lots of food service options. Clean and stylish, staff was pleasant even when explaining no free coffee or breakfast for $150/night. It was available for purchase in the Bistro.

No freezer in room. I have blue ice for my cooler. Parking limited and NO access except front lobby. Side entry doors are not close to lot. Very inconvenient. Hassle dragging luggage or a cart around.

Cleanliness and customer service

I was supposed to get a sofa bed with my kid but only received a king bed and chair. Also the breakfast included ad is very misleading. It’s actually not included you pay $10 per person

Someone hair deep in sheets and towels . I didn't complain but it bothered me a little. Also , didn't get the room I reserved. I got a room with two twin beds ..my original request was for a queen bed .
