Stayed 2 nights, the room and the facility was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The thermostat in our room did not work, tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working, apparently it was for decoration only, as the maintenance man said next day, it never worked .they could not fix the thermostat for two day, it was very uncomfortable staying in a cold room, they didn’t offer to change our room. Will not stay there again.

Sewage backed up onto sinks and shower floor pan, and thermostat malfunctioned and couldn’t keep the temperature at a set point. Had to constantly turn the heater or AC on and off to keep the temp reasonable. Nice room though and kind, helpful staff though.

Nice room. Just alot of noise upstairs. Needs some updating. Bathtub was rusted and wall paper coming off the walls. Kitchen was great but not enough supplies for coffee. No tea variety. And we got NO room cleaning. So we had no fresh towels. Free Breakfast was nice! Overall great! Staff was very nice! Grounds were clean.

Our room literally had a wet carpet and smelled like mold. The windows were open when we checked in and it was like they were trying to air out the horrible smell. The room was run down and the bathrooms were gross. The guy checking us in was good but other than that, there's not much good to say about this hotel.

ALL the staff was very friendly. We had a problem with the A/C on our 4th day and the general manager brought us a portable A/C within 1/2 hour she was very concerned and very helpful. The rooms were excellent.

The only negative was the basketball court was outside our room. Someone was playing in the dark until 10pm when I closed. We had an early morning and were ready for piece and quite at 8pm. The suit offered a kitchen set up with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, plus there was a dishwasher!

First of all, we didn't expect to pay parking fees, and the bathtub is in very bad condition, so we didn't even bother to use it. The walk-in shower is quite all right, good thing is that they have two bedrooms to offer to a small family.

Marsha was the most welcoming hotel person I have ever encountered. She was responsive when I reported thatbour heater did not work and early in the morning there ahe was again with a pleasant disposition. Also, breakfast was so good, many delicious options!
