Front desk person was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Housekeeping was friendly.
There weee tiny ants that appeared on the table and walls once I finished dinner.
There were nowhere to be seen before or after.

It was convenient to downtown Knoxville
It is connected to an extended stay and red roof inn. But it honestly was seamless and you didn’t even realize once inside

Everything was just ok but nothing stood out as great or really nice. The one thing I remember was the young man at the front desk was very nice and thoughtful.
The breakfast was pretty bad. The texture of the scrambled eggs was grainy like the were powder eggs from a box. The sausage tasted old and/or overcooked. The exercise room had a very strong smell of plastic—not something you want to be breathing when running on the treadmill.
