Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75

This was very convenient for us. The staff was exceptionally nice. The facility was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the best that we have had at any hotel so far.

I really liked the fact that the hotel had an ample dog walking area and even a fenced area where I could let my dog loose. I also liked that it was close to many restaurants and gas stations and even had a grocery store across the street. Super convenient to everything I needed.

On day 2 of our stay, the AC unit decided to break down. Being Summer, it got warm very quickly. However, I have to say that the hotel staff came to my room immediately after my call and was able to resolve the issue. The AC unit decided to break again on the morning we were leaving and since we were gathering our things and scurrying around the room, we quickly became very warm. I informed the staff upon my checking out.

As a Hilton member I used the digital check in to select my room, it was importation to me as someone with claustrophobia. When I go to the hotel it said I had a different room. Instaed of 2nd floor it was 3 rd floor. And it was between rooms. Was suppose to be 224 and it turned into 305. When I talked to the desk in person they said they switched the rooms because there was a large group that wanted to be together and there was nothing that could be done. After driving for 9 hours I did not have the desire to sit and debate as she obviously had already made up her mind and I would not be getting anything else about it. For 191 dollars a night I was definitely disappointed in my Hilton stay. After resigning my self to this issue the people upstairs stomped loudly most of the night. again I need sleep and we slept thru it so we tolerated it. things just did. It go well for this stay and I do t think the front desk cared about it
