Decent one night stay, but is not up to standard.

Front Desk was nice, decent stay for one night.

Room smelled of smoke, the small hand towels were still wet before first use and smelled bad, there were questionable stains on the bed coverings, the bathroom door didn’t close.

No bed bugs

I dont know what places people on these reviews have paid to sleep at, but the good reviews clearly have never been to any place with any kind of decency. I literally thought I was going to be in a scary movie where's there's drug dealers or a serial killer hiding out. This place was so dirty and disturbing I did not feel comfortable even being in this place at all. Save your money and time and go somewhere else because I've actually paid less for a better place. Even the soap bar was dirty ...... a shower should make you feel clean. I shouldn't be scared to shower.

An adequate hotel elevated by location and great customer service

The manager Drew went above and beyond to help me thru a very difficult time he was so truly kind and helpful.

Remote control was hard to use on TV.. TV channels were not a great selection

The worker was very nice

Room smelled like cat pee, there was a roach in the room. There was people smoking outside , being loud. When you washed your hands, there was a strong odor coming from the sink, like sewage.

We had thorns all over the floor that were stabbing our feet first night just thought it was something on the floor second night found over 25 or so on the floor it was crazy! Shower head was kinda broken so the water pressure sucked

I picked this location because it was close to grocery stores and the freeway.

There was no breakfast available even though it was stated at the time of booking. There was a domestic dispute with people fighting and arguing in the parking lot. Strangers knock on my door during the night multiple times. Didn’t feel safe. Receptionist was rude when I asked for an extra pillow. I was not allowed to extend my stay because of my children.
