Beds are comfy

Needs serious upgrades and improvements. One room the thermostat didn’t work. The next room, the floor was wet, wall paper was scratched up and peeling. Some of the light switch plates were broken and bathroom fan knob was missing. Shower curtain rods drooping.

The two staff I spoke with were helpful and pleasant. Check in and check we're easy. The was ready when I arrived. It was clean and had had towels and the basic necessities.

The bathroom has signicant paint loss. On one wall was a large metal bracket which may of held a dryer. My concern is its exposed edges. The bracket is unnecessary, and poses a heslth and safety risk. Walls by the sink showed extensive changes. Repairs to the walls are of poor quality, which showed a lack of thoughtful maintance and skill. This is in contrast to the staff who clearly keep the room clean, and in good order. Thumbs up to them. Not so.much to management's apparent decision to leave the bathroom wanting. I would also add that the exterior windows provide almost no sound attenuation. The noise from the freeway easily transfers to the inside of the room. As a result my sleep was disrupted. The remediatuin is to install a new set of sound attenuating windows. Also the window sill is missing all.of its paint. Base metal is fully exposed..Two costs of primer and several coats of exterior plant is needed to protect the sill..There is no reason for ignoring this expect a willful disregard by Owner. Lastly the meager breakfast was another reflection of Owner's poverty toward guests. Guests had access to food only through a pleasant but annoying food handler. She required me to use her to do anything. She was exceedingly helpful but in one's way. I even had to request milk for my cereal. There wad single milk bottle, and she controlled it. Oddly missing was sugar. I was told they out. Heck had I know that I would purchased a large box of packets for them the night prior. Instead only the pink packets were available. There were no paper napkins. I also needed to request a bowl for cereal. Come on! I've traveled for our 50 years. This was the stingistist and most.inconvenient breakfast I have encountered. Consider making Room 321''s bathroom safe. Sand, prime and paint the walls by the sink. Make it look acceptable. You're the proprietor. Take some pride as an Inn-Keeper. Consider better sound attenuation.

Discrimination and Unfair Charges

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After paying my reservation fee, the hotel attempted to keep half of my money with no valid reason. The situation became even worse due to racially discriminatory behavior, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwilling to resolve the issue fairly. No guest should ever be treated this way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value respectful and ethical customer service.

The staff is horrible specially the lady manager she was so rude .

I chose this hotel because it was a convenient location to stop overnight and inexpensive for the short time we were staying - we didn't check in till about 11:30pm, and checked out around 8:30am. The bed was comfortable enough. The hotel has elevators so we didn't need to drag our bag up the stairs. They serve a simple continental breakfast of prepackaged food items. A very nice lady will bag whatever breakfast items you select for you. Overall, sufficient place to stop overnight.

Someone was up early in the morning arguing loudly on his phone outside the hotel. I realized there was 1 bath size towel and an odd size towel for our showers in the morning. I could of requested more from the desk but didn't bother. Plenty of hand towels though.

Easy access parking is simple and not far from the door.
