Not a luxury stay, but definitely worth the money.

The staff was very accommodating. I showed up about an hour early and the front desk person originally said that my room wasn’t ready, but then a few minutes later, she found me at my car and let me know that there was a room ready for me. I appreciated her effort.

The bathroom, cleaners, there was a lot of hair and the bathroom sink was clogged i and ended up removing out of toilet paper from the inside. Also, I asked for extra blankets and they ended up telling me that they didn’t have any. What kind of hotel doesn’t have extra blankets.

Close to the freeway, restaurants and shopping

When booking the hotel I thought it would be one building with breakfast in the lobby. I was disappointed when the lobby and breakfast was located on the other side of the parking lot. Elevator was noisy, and jolted. Facility could use a good cleaning. Our bathroom door was incredibly hard to open, you could see it wasn’t where it was originally placed.

Cheap hotel, but fake figures

It is cheap and nice location.

The picture online is terribly different from what we saw in reality. The bed frame is old, carpet has been used for many years with some small bumps everywhere. Sofa has cigarette burns. A weir smell in the room. I strongly recommend, please don’t photoshop the figures; otherwise, people will eventually feel disappointed after seeing the real property. One last thing, breakfast is supposed to offer until 9.00, but you can’t enter the breakfast room after 8:30. Yes, someone locks it. After you eventually entered, everything seems to went out.

Hate the staff

How comfortable the bed was and the ac worked great

The girl at the front desk who actually ruined my entire stay by her unnecessary phone calls at 9am telling me I had to move my vehicle because they were painting the structure. But was given no prior notice of that taking place. Then when I informed her that I was getting into the shower and I could move it in 30 minutes she called back 10 minutes later, demanding that they be moved now. So when I got redressed and went outside to move it. I asked her where was a spot I could park that would not be in the painters way. To the only repeatedly being asked what room number I was in, which is completely irrelevant to the question I was asking. For her to then lie about our phone interaction and what each of us had said. To the have her call the police on me over her inability to remain professional and courteous. I wasn't even able to take a shower that morning. I am so bothered by the whole situation.

Horrible rooms

Ask for a updated room

For $119 I was put in a old room that has apparently not been updated yet. There were holes in the wall, the furniture was damaged. The price was way too much for this room, it was very run down like a old motel. I was extremely disappointed. I've stayed atleast 3 other times and I was in the updated rooms and they were very comfortable especially for the value. I assumed all rooms were the same, had I known they had beat up rooms like that I wouldn't have chosen to stay there.
