Smells weird, the bed was too hard and they didn’t have shampoo, soap and conditioner in the restroom as they do not offer it.

Comfortable break from camping adventures with the amenities of home.

Convenient access to shopping and more. Comfortable studio apartment with nice laundry room and exercise room. Staff was very courteous.

Close to fire station so sirens ran throughout the night. Next time I’ll be sure to bring earplugs.

The room was filthy. There was cake on the walls the ceilings the pullout bed look like it hadn’t been changed during our stay some hotel guests triggered the smoke alarm around 3:30 in the morning, waking myself, my fiancé, and our newborns up

Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.

Kitchenette but no cookware, or tableware. No shampoo/conditioner, soaps etc. laundry facility but no detergent for sale. If your room card becomes demagnetized. They charge you $10 every time the staff person had to reprogram your key. Laundry is expensive to do here. Complimentary Coffee but no sugar or cream.

It was fine but not great and I am glad we only stayed one night.

The room was a good size for the cost, the front desk was attentive, even after hours and the room smelled of cleaning products so we knew that it had been cleaned.

The windows were not well sealed so the freeway traffic noise was constant. Also, the blind was broken and there were no curtains so the light from the parking lot was bright all night. The hallways were filthy with trash laying around.

Besides the gym, nothing really.

We had to pay for internet, pay to get new towels, stood 10 days but room service was only every 14 days, there was no cups/plates/utensils/shampoo/conditioner/soap (other than hand soap), front desk was closed early every single day, bed was super low to the ground with cheap pillows. Overall bad experience

This hotel is not bad, but they need to clean the area more often, install cameras around the hotel and hire security.

I liked the staff. All the guys were very polite, friendly and solved all the issues. The room is clean and fairly new renovation and furniture.

The area around the hotel is always dirty and rarely cleaned. There is a lot of garbage around the trash bins, near the entrance, in the parking lot, and a lot of cigarette butts are everywhere :( There are no cameras outside the hotel. If something happens near the hotel or in the parking lot, keep in mind that it will not be recorded on video. There is no security in the hotel. If something happens to you or you are in danger, security will not come, because there is none. The fire alarm goes off regularly at night, it screams very loudly.

I don’t wish to return and would appreciate compensation for my troubles

Staff was nice and friendly

My key card didn’t work and I got locked out. The lobby phone didn’t work when I needed to get in touch with the staff. I called and it continued to ring with no answer, as the staff was gone by 8p. I found roaches in the cabinets in the room. Very disappointed and unsettling.

The location was ok. Didn’t mind it. The hotel itself it’s new, therefore it’s clean fast check in/out. Very convenient.

What I didn’t like about this hotel was the bed !! The bed is very loud!! You can’t move because it makes loud noises and the room next to you start banging on the wall.

It was clean. I appreciated the feeling of security the building gave (you have to have your key card for everything including building entry). The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for me during this really hard time.

The water pressure/temperature is my only complaint. More pressure and for it to be hotter instead of warm to a little bit warmer than warm would have completely made the whole experience 110%
