Clean , and pretty room

That i was charged for local phone calls i had someone in my room who used the phone and i got a bill for $121.50 for phone calls i paid $157.00 for my room . That is crazy then i called the Hilton number and they said they cant help me because they dont control what the hotel can charge !! WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS so apparently each hotel can charge what ever they want and customer service cant help you !!! Super upset i will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The shower made a lough noise when on. Toilet didn’t seem to flush right. Blankets weren’t as comfortable. But overall it was clean and comfortable for the price

Staff was nice, just wasn't able to do much to help us get money back on our room since we had to downgrade. Breakfast was decent. Glad the pool was outdoors rather than indoors. Good restaurants nearby.

Bugs in the sleeper sofa in the king suite I paid for. They only had standard king rooms available to switch us into. It took an hour from start to finish to get to a new room , move our stuff from the old room, etc and because the desk staff gave me keys that didn't work for our new room....twice. We arrived at 9pm and hoped to crash early because my daughter had an early softball game the next morning. Didn't get settled into our new room until 10pm. I didn't sleep well at all, felt itchy and wondered if there were bugs in all the rooms. :( Hotel staff couldn't compensate me for the difference between the two rooms ( I also used AAA rate) so I am still waiting for booking.com to refund me the difference. I also feel like it should be discounted after the poor experience we had. Also, the jacuuzi was green and we were not able to go in it as we had hoped after a long day on the softball firlds.

The water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the eggs that are microwaved. The room needed to be updated. Very old looking.

I like the fact that I found a room for $21.77 total.

What I didn't like was the fact that booking.com made a mistake and had that room for that price yet because it was a mistake on booking app Hampton Inn couldn't honor it. And by that time it was too late to find another room anywhere else. So I had to sleep in my car. Also I didn't like the fact that Hampton Inn didn't even try to accommodate me the only accommodation that they could come up with was still letting me book the room but for $202.

Best in the west!!

Clean, clean, very clean! The staff were very nice and friendly people. They have security walking around while you sleep. There is plenty of free parking. Quiet! The coffee was really good and always tasted fresh, that's very important!

Price....but that's everywhere. Need a newer washer and dryer.

Great place to stay when you are in Moreno Valley.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the mall, restaurants and the highway. We loved the size of the room and the comfort of the bed.

The dining room area was filthy..The worker in the kitchen had a very nasty attitude(she was not friendly at all!)
