The location was great across the street from the cemetery.

The staff, the gentleman at nice is always nice but in the morning. The same person who acts like she either doesn’t want to be there or just doesn’t like certain people. Anyway I just ignore stupid people.

Love the property

I didn’t have breakfast, I was strictly there to put flowers on my fathers grave that was laid to rest 10-24-25 across the street at the National Cemetery.

I’m a Hilton honors member and I wasn’t given my due diligence. It’s this one person that’s at that location that isn’t nice let alone friendly. I asked her if I suppose to get my grab bag and she was wrong let alone she didn’t even look up or let alone what status of a member I was.

Disappointing, disgusting and tiring

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very good at their jobs.

There weren't enough staff at check in,later on a Friday night. After a long day, we waited 45 minutes in line to check in. Upon entry to our room, we were greeted by a horrible smell (likely feces). We immediately returned to front desk for another room. Staff was very accommodating. Finally entered a 2nd alternate choice room (no more of our requested rooms available)2 hours after arrival at 11pm, all while lugging baggage with a disabled husband and 9 year old grandchild (we're 65yrs old). It was not a good night.

The morning breakfast and In N Out being right there was a bonus! The rooms were nice, at least had potential.

WE HAD ANTSSSSS! Our bathroom needed a lot of maintenance. The floor was covered in ants. Our shower had a crack causing water to flood the floor. The sink was clogged so our water wouldn’t go down. Everyone on our floor was just loud, they’re was food all in the hallways from other rooms. It was just not as relaxing and comfortable as we would’ve liked. The people were nice when we spoke to them about everything but not helpful at all. Nothing and I mean nothing was resolved. No compensation just smiles and nods. We won’t be back.

It was decent but there were people in the next room that played low music and staff either wasn’t aware or did nothing.

The property is pretty new and so it was nice to stay there.

We walked into a room with dirty bedsheets that had dog paws on it. The least a hotel could do is change the bedsheets before a new guest checks in! Highly disappointed!

A pleasant stay and convenient location

We were there for a military funeral so the location was perfect. The facilities are clean and pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast server took obvious pride in her work

Loved the friendly staff! The gym was amazing and I loved that it had a place to refill your water bottle. Breakfast was great and a lot of different options! Room was super comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy! The toiletries the hotel provided were amazing as well! Would definitely come back over all other places in the area!

Twas aight I guess

I liked that this place was pretty laid back and peaceful. I like the food selection and gas station that are all walking distance.

The way they built this hotel layout is awful. Watch out for the hotel's long hallways will mess you up, It's like a horror movie! I did not like the fact that the internet was down for most of my trip. I don't know if this happens often or that was just my luck. I tried to talk to them about another payment that was pending aside from the hotel charge but couldn't since their systems were down. Which also meant we couldn't use Netflix. The air conditioner was a little loud at times. The shower head sprays the water hard, which hurts. Beds are box spring like uncomfortable.

Had 1 small issue with the room but Jade stepped up and handled it really great. I really appreciated her. Also the breakfast staff was awesome and did an amazing job. We are breakfast there all 3 morning we were there and it was great and well managed everyday.

Charge for parking, but totally understand the necessity for that.

I was traveling with a trailer, which I had to unhook from the truck & leave parked during the day. Plenty of parking to accommodate me and the front desk notified management to ensure there were no issues for the duration of our stay.

The body wash was out in the shower, but I brought my own.
