Far as the hotel itself everything was great except the staff member. That just messed up the entire stay all together. The check in was great but just this person.
The staff member (M) that told me I have 15mins extend when I explained that I checked in late 11pm-1200 midnight and that I woke up late and I needed to take a shower. She asked how much time I said, a Hour she said. I will give you 15mins. Really? I'm a HH member. She didn't care. If it wasn't for my Dad across the street at the military cemetery that I just lost 10/2025 and I drive over 2hrs to get here. I would find somewhere else to stay.

Clean, quiet, bed comfortable, patio nice. The free coffee and tea a plus.
Too far from everything, carpet in hallway had a bad smell. Hair dryer stopped working. No instructions on how to work the television.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very good at their jobs.
There weren't enough staff at check in,later on a Friday night. After a long day, we waited 45 minutes in line to check in. Upon entry to our room, we were greeted by a horrible smell (likely feces). We immediately returned to front desk for another room. Staff was very accommodating. Finally entered a 2nd alternate choice room (no more of our requested rooms available)2 hours after arrival at 11pm, all while lugging baggage with a disabled husband and 9 year old grandchild (we're 65yrs old). It was not a good night.
