Room was large, bed was comfortable.

Couch had several stains and ripped cushions. TV had black lines going through picture. Only one coffee cup in room.Room smelled of cigarettes. Breakfast could use improvement. Bathroom lighting too dim.

Location perfect. Working in the area until mid January and location is convenient to the freeway. Didn’t hear too much traffic noise

The vent system needs improvement because every morning there was strong odor coming from the kitchen or breakfast area. It got to be a little too much especially staying four nights. Maybe allow opening the window - a little gap? Overall, though a good stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special mention to Paula, she was exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. Her great customer service truly stood out and made my experience even better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! The breakfast was very good, especially the waffle maker, everything was fresh, clean, and nicely presented. The hotel’s location was perfect for what I needed; all the stores and businesses were nearby, and the area felt safe. I also appreciated that there was no noise from the main street or the freeway, making it a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Kathy Colvert was excellent checking me in!! Very kind and friendly 😊!! She worked from 3 PM to 11 PM shift. She greeted me when I came back from where I had been. Asked how it went 😀!! I was out there for Mom's 95th birthday. So, I shared pictures with her. Saturday evening, when I got back, the elevator was still out of order. I had my hands full. She helped me get up to my room on 3rd floor. My room had not been cleaned. I was OK with that. But, I needed more towels. Kathy was kind enough to bring me more towels and a couple of buckets of ice. She went above and beyond to make my stay there comfortable. I also wish I had got the name of the maintenance guy that Kathy had sent to my room. The refrigerator wasn't cold. He came up right and solved the problem.

The other girls that were front desk when Kathy wasn't there. They were not very friendly when I asked a question. Especially when I was trying to find out where certain places were near hotel. Girl, who checked me out on Monday, wasn't very friendly.

Having a full breakfast offered was really nice, but the experience as a whole was merely adequate.

The breakfast was nice, the waffle maker an awesome touch, although I could not enjoy it as there was no sugar free syrup and I am diabetic. The eggs were very poor quality.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the AC was not explained and we had to go out to the desk to get help with it., we had to fiddle with the wires on the TV to get it to turn on.
