Very nice property. has some infrastructure glitches. Very nice staff assistance.

Location excellent.

problems with availability of hot water, which we did not notice until late in the day of our first night. Could not take showers or use kitchen sink for dish washing. Had to contact management late in the evening. Response good next morning but problem not solved.

Fantastic Stay in a Prime Location!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with everything I wanted to see just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself has such a sleek, modern European vibe – the design is minimalist yet chic. The bed was super comfy, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. A standout for me was the breakfast – the coffee was excellent, and the yogurt with homemade granola was a delightful treat to start the day. The plush bathrobes were such a nice touch and made lounging in the room even more enjoyable. Plus, the umbrellas provided were a life-saver during our trip, especially when the weather turned a bit rainy. I can't recommend this place enough! I'll definitely be back.

No breakfast but the location is excellent.

For old folks like us, there are too many stairs and no elevator. I believe the price while inline with other similar hotels is too high. We only had a peak-a-boo view of anything outside.

We loved our stay, which provided a cozy room with extras and an easy walk to everywhere.

The location was perfect! 2 block walk from the ferry. Great restaurant and waterfront park across the street. Up the steps to top and there ore more excellent restaurants and the Whale Museum. The room was spacious with windows overlooking the harbor. Nicely appointed, and was a nice surprise to find milk, OJ, and yogurt in the mini fridge. Ice and access to dinnerware was in the hallway just a few steps away.

We were in Sweet 2. Not sure which room was next to us (headboard wall), but there was a lot of noise of things moving around, closet doors closing, maybe? Some additional sound dampening would do the trick.

Great, but likely not worth the cost

Location was fabulous and rooms were nice and clean.

I would just be careful with booking. I thought I booked a room with 2 bedrooms vs 2 queens in one room based on photos they showcase. Turns out I got WAY less for my money than I thought and then the worker went into a whole explanation that I could tell he’s done 100x. So just beware.

Perfect stay in Friday Harbor.

The location was amazing. We were meeting up with family that were there on their sailboat, so being across from the marina was very convenient. The room was incredibly comfortable and large. We even had our own private patio.

We loved everything about this property and will definitely stay here again. Convenient, clean & lovely.

Perfect in every way

We loved our stay - perfect in every way. Great location close to the ferry terminal. European style hotel with lots of Glas and modern architecture and furniture. Staff is very helpful. We will definitely be back! And yes, I would send my BFF there. Awesome!

My family didn’t want to leave, they wanted to move in

Everything! It’s a beautiful property, so close to the ferry and everything in town. This was the 2nd time we have stayed there, and this will be where we stay anytime we visit the area. Our room had heated bathroom floors, a steam shower, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We are also a big fan of the soap/shampoo/etc brand.

This is a beautiful property, centrally located. If I head back to San Juan Island I will stay here.

Spacious, clean, nice amenities. Great location, terrific view from the patio out to the harbor. Surprise bonus, the supplied liquid soap and lotion smelled amazing.

Couches should have had throw pillows, as the couch sides were stiff and uncomfortable. Supplied bath towels were very small; if I stay again, I'll bring my own towel.

Great place to stay and much to explore

We loved the location and our housing. Very low contact with staff but they were always available. Loved the no contact check in, not because of covid I just find it awkward.

Not much for nightlife and pizza was hard to come by. Not much to complain about, that's all I got.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Friday Harbor

The facility is beautifully designed and within steps of the harbor. The hosts are very thoughtful, giving clear directions for the contactless check-in. There was a wonderful fruit bowl and other amenities awaiting us. The room and bathroom are very large and well-equipped. This is a fabulous place to stay in Friday Harbor.

It was perfect!!

Theo was the BEST!! Answering all our questions both before and during. The rooms were so comforting. We loved the gathering room too. We were able to meet together for breakfast (Euro 1 and 3).

We needed nightlights to help my husband (disabled) be able to negotiate where the bathroom was and to be safe negotiating the one step. We bought two and put them both in the bathroom (Euro 3). It worked perfect. Might be something that you might add.

Wonderful place to stay at Friday harbor.

Location location location. The location of the Inn is superb! The unit is clean and spacious for our group of 4 (3 adults, one kid). The kitchen is fully stacked, very convenient.

The patio door can lock you out! I wish there was a note by the door.

Great location! Great views and we love the parking garage!

The location is fabulous!! We watched the firework show from our room! Also took some great sunrise photos from our room! Comfy bed, nice robe, and nice small set of kitchen plates and silverware... etc. And the electric kettle and tea was a very nice amenity!

Not of a fan of the contactless check in, but I chose it, so that's my bad.
