The hotel is so conveniently located and the property is well maintained! Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable! We loved the products, towels, etc. The Spa was very clean and accessible.

The only issue we had was the room over us (we were 336) and next to us both had families that allowed their young children to race around screaming between 10pm-12 am. We thought it was odd and would stop but on the 2nd& 3rd night (we had an early ferry the next morning) we tried to call the office to intervene but of course no one is on duty. Perhaps you could gently advise guests of a noise courtesy after 11pm?

bed was comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were okay. Complimentary coffee, tea, filtered water and parking. I liked being able to text staff and they responded very quickly. I liked the toiletries.
Room was quite small. Only one chair to sit in. Bathroom vanity very small. Need more towel racks and place to hang wet swimsuits. No lighting in entryway/closet area. Very few accessible and convenient outlets to plug in electronics
