We loved Friday Harbor and Earthbox is the perfect location to explore the island!

The hotel is so conveniently located and the property is well maintained! Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable! We loved the products, towels, etc. The Spa was very clean and accessible. Thank you, Nancy Strand

The only issue we had was the room over us (we were 336) and next to us both had families that allowed their young children to race around screaming between 10pm-12 am. We thought it was odd and would stop but on the 2nd& 3rd night (we had an early ferry the next morning) we tried to call the office to intervene but of course no one is on duty. Perhaps you could gently advise guests of a noise courtesy after 11pm?

Great for a romantic getaway, centrally located and perfect for bikes

Loved the location of this property. The ability to park e-bikes and charge them. Loved the room with the small “kitchenette” style space. Pool, sauna and hot tub area was clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating areas

Would have liked a better, more updated, tub/shower. Would have also liked adult only hours for the pool area.

Excellent!

We absolutely love visiting Eachbox Inn and Spa every Labor Day with our family and extended families. They always do such a wonderful job of accommodating us, making sure our rooms are reasonably close to each other so we can really enjoy our time together. The cleaning staff is incredible—always kind, quick, and thorough—and the front desk team is consistently friendly and efficient. It’s truly a great inn, and we hope to keep returning for many years to come!

More towels in the pool area, we ran out but the front desk did take care of it right away!

Great location. Set back off the street nice & quiet. Easy walk to the center of town. Very nice gardens and landscape. Rooms are large and clean.

Perfect size; like a cruise ship stateroom and right in town.

Earthbox is right in town but still feels private with a courtyard and quiet sitting area. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms are small but perfect for two and our room had a semi-private deck. Will book again.

The internet was spotty and the directv signal was in and out 10% of the time. I think I have enough words now to qualify my review... of Earthbox.

Very Relaxing!

They welcomed us very nicely and let us check in early . We were very tired because we took the ferry at 4 am, so it was nice to get in the room relax and go to the pool.

Great location, smartly designed room, relaxing ambience.

The hotel is on Spring Street within pleasant walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our refurbished room is smartly designed and thoughtfully furnished. Check-in was easy and was done via online technology. For our 1-night stay on a 2-day trip from Anacortes to Friday Harbor, the hotel was ideal. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Friday Harbor.

Great place>

Location was wonderful, pool plus coffee/breakfast stand was great to have on-site. Staff was very helpful to get us into our room early since we could only book the 6AM boat and we had a wedding rehearsal dinner to go to at 4:00.

Bathroom was too small to get in and out of comfortably and we are not big people.

I especially liked the beauty and tidiness, elegant quality of the doors and fittings, every detail of the decor and grounds; it lent a special relaxation .

Though the bathroom was luxuriously large, the bedroom was a bit close, though nothing to complain about, for it is part of the history and economy of energy I also appreciate.

They let us drop our bags off before checkin. Keypad entry. Spa, sauna, pool, hot tub right there and a great cafe. You are in the perfect location too.

Hotel: There is no window that opens. You are at the mercy of an air conditioner that doesn't work well. The bed is not very comfortable the pillows either. The lighting is not good so putting on makeup is really tricky. Spa: I requested a deep tissue massage but received a relaxation massage, and the service provider was cold and even kind of rude, like she didn't reply to me twice. When I asked her for more pressure she replied that she can't because of the angle.

bed was comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were okay. Complimentary coffee, tea, filtered water and parking. I liked being able to text staff and they responded very quickly. I liked the toiletries.

Wouldn’t be Our First Choice but Worked for the Short Stay

We like that the property was very close to the downtown harbor and there was plenty of parking available. Restaurants within easy walking distance.

This was just a small motel room with a tiny bathroom that you had to step to the side of the toilet to close the door. There was nothing spa like or incredibly fancy about the accommodations as the price point would suggest otherwise compared to nearby locations. There wasn’t a very large staff presence so the spa services were all booked up for the remainder of our stay. They just recommended another location nearby.

we LOVED: The location, the quiet property, the pool, the ease of checking in and out and the STAFF.

I booked 2 rooms not knowing they were farther apart then I would have liked. mine bottom floor, my daughters 2nd floor 2 bldgs over. it all worked out but next time I'll be specific about the rooms being by each other.

The temperature in the room is only able to be adjusted remotely in the office. The thermostat is horrible. This property is basically a motel that has been updated.

Pool was warm nice to have it heated properly.

Had to move to another room due to space under door letting in cold air heat wouldn’t stay on, rug filthy turned our socks dirty. Jacuzzi over 105 degrees, way too hot, not enough coffee supplies for 3 people, could barely see tv picture in both rooms…horribly blurry and fuzzy in both rooms, no breakfast as posted on booking.com website, both rooms rug dirty dirty, smelled musty and like someone smoked in the 2nd room we were moved to at 8 o’clock at night. NO ONE IN OFFICE ALL COMMUNICATION WAS DONE VIA TEXT, POOR MANAGENMT. GOT A FULL REFUND. STAYED FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS 16th Bday, we all three cried on the way home it was horrible, should be prices as a motel 6 99.00 not 259.00, BEYOND DISSSAPOINTED
