Unique hotel with some quirks. Great location, walkable to downtown and all the restaurants. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We stayed in a room that had a shared bathroom; and it seemed like quite a few of the rooms were sharing. One of the showers has not very much room and the curtain really hugs you.

Very cute old hotel 2 blocks from ferry. No AC in our room but we didn’t need it with open windows and ceiling fan! Having no staff there wasn’t a problem and they have dishes and a microwave in the lobby for making oatmeal or heating up leftovers. They set out lemonade and cookies in the afternoon.
The only thing that I would suggest thats missing to have in the lobby would be a water cooler/filter refillable station.
PARKING: We parked for the day up about 2 blocks in the 10 hr lot, then around 4 or 5, we’d bring it back down to street parking in the evening and in the am, take the car back to the free 10 hr lot not far away.
