Cozy, cute, and relaxing.

We came to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and not only were we upgraded to a nicer hotel room, but they left us a card, some treats, and mentioned it to us throughout our stay. The entire staff was helpful and authentic and kind. Thanks especially to Zoe Twilight and the waitstaff. All of you made our trip memorable and we felt so welcome.

- Location - View: amazing view for marina from the corner room - Fireplace in the room - Big, comfortable bed - Restaurant: nice option for breakfast with great views, very nice staff

- Terrible sound-proofing, it is hard to enjoy your stay while hearing everything from adjacent rooms and the room above - It is too expensive for the quality of the facility

Amazing views

View was great but they had a big convention my first night. Tables of just men so I couldn't enjoy the view. Loud clapping that went on past 9:30. Bc of that u was unable to have dinner there. The next night was Wednesday and they dont serve dinner. But the view was amazing

I loved this island. the hotel was in the perfect location for walking into town or to start exploring the rest of the island. The restaurant was good. loved my view of the harbor and the boats. very peaceful and serene.

We always enjoy our visits here!

We love staying here every-time we come to beautiful Friday Harbor. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and the view of the boats and water is so lovely. Plus the restaurant has a nice ambiance!

Weirdly our tv and fireplace wouldn't turn on. But staff was helpful.

restaurant had a beautiful setting but everything I ordered was disappointing. not as many amenities as you’d expect for a $500 a night hotel room — no lobby area/shared space, no fitness room, no baggage storage, etc.

Exceptional hotel, room, and location

Exceptional room, beautiful location, overlooking harbor and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and very nicely appointed. We had booked a King Room with Garden View and had a nice view of garden overlooking the harbor, which we did not expect! Since our room was on the ground floor we could walk out onto the patio and garden. There were numerous patio furniture and enjoyed our stay relaxing with a wonderful view of harbor. Room included a fireplace which came in handy at night and early mornings when temperatures dipped below 50 and a hot tub.

Unfortunately we had a late dinner and the Harbor House restaurant ran out of both seafood selections we had wanted to order. So we could not order seafood and settled for salad and pasta selections. Next time we will make an earlier reservation.

sadly, I was there the night of the fire and was not able to sleep or enjoy myself as hoped for. the hotel staff were prepared, helpful and gracious, in spite of the circumstances.

It’s a beautiful facility, but may not consider staying or recommending to others.

You need to resolve the problem of wind noise in the hallway, which then goes into the room. The noise is really annoying. You also need to have someone at your desk after hours or answer a phone when calling, not a message.

TV size was great. Room was nice and view was spectacular. Got a complementary upgrade which was great.

Sliding door of bathrm needs some tweaking. Hard to slide back from it being closed. You have to standback when flushing the toilet. Water gets sprayed up a little.
